Every one was very kind and professional, Shannon was our waiter and she was phenomenal! The food was great; I did have an issue with finding hair in my broccoli (side dish); which is very unfortunate. The culinary manager came and apologized and made sure they replaced my dish. My server Shannon was also very kind about the mishap. The food was really delicious (besides the hair), the crab legs were really tasty!

Hadn't been to a RL in years but this location has definitely improved it's service. Shanon was on her game, extremely attentive and had the loveliest smile and attitude. Our area was clean as were and the bathrooms. We were seated in the bar area and I'd probably not sit there again because it was so dark. I had the crispy fish sandwich and unfortunately it left much to be desired. Rather than serving 4 wafter thin pieces with more breading than meat, I would have...

Love this place!! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and I highly recommend it if you’re in the mood for great seafood! The place is super clean, the servers are fantastic, food is always cooked perfect, and their customer service is incredible. The manager Rosemary always comes out to say hello and is extremely pleasant every time I visit! Highly Recommend if you’re in the area!
