Used to go here all the time growing up and it was a memorable experience. Went back last night with the family and we said why didn’t we just goto Chuys. It took an hour and 15 minutes for our food to come out. And only got 1 set of biscuits that was enough for 1 per person that whole time. They weren’t busy so thought it would be a quick meal but ended up being there for 2 hours. Waitress forgot to bring one of our sides out till we were already done with our meal, and my water glass was empty for most the meal, finally got refilled right before we left. Don’t know if kitchen staff walked out or something or server was still in training but coming from the guy who’s been in the industry for 10 years I never tip below 20% but last night was the first night I did because service was really bad, food was decent but that place isn’t what it used to be. If it was a packed out Friday night I’d be a little more understanding but for a dead Thursday night, might’ve set the bar to high in my head for what the night out with the family was going to be.

Everyone here was so polite! The manager came to check in on us as well. Laurie, our waitress, was nice and down to earth.

Went to Red Lobster. Deanna was our waitress.
Ordered lobster roll, crab legs and dragon shrimp. The lobster roll was absolutely disgusting. Dry and fell into rubbery pieces

Yeah, we probably won’t be back. Food was okay for the price, but a little bland. Also ordered lobster Mac and Cheese, and it tasted like velveeta and had mostly crawfish instead of lobster??? I asked the server if it had crawfish in it and he said “I don’t think so”. I feel gaslit, it was definitely cleaned crawfish tails. We got a good laugh about it though, so there’s that.

The staff steal from you I’m not even lying they stole from us and then when we asked there night host she laughed in my face and said exactly what I was looking for before I asked for it and said no one left anything or stole anything sorry how did she know what I was looking for if no one stole it and this was my first time ever going to red lobster I had a very bad experience

This Red Lobster ? location is amazing, great food, great service, and nice area. Such a mellow atmosphere, the few times we've come to this location, it's hardly ever packed, so we get service pretty fast. They have a nice menu with a great selection of entrées to choose from. They never fail, food is off the chain ⛓️.

We have always ate at the Red Lobster on 281 North near 1604, but unfortunately they closed it down. ALWAYS had fresh food and great server. So we thought we would try this Red Lobster for my Wife's 50th Birthday treat. We shouldn't have. The meal, atmosphere and service was average at best. What bothered me the most was the shrimp scampi and lobster were old. You know its old when it is mushy. The fried shrimp was find. Our waiter was OK...not good, not bad, very robotic. So really can't hit them for that....just certainly not impreshionable....as most waiters/waitress's are. The atmosphere is very old....matter of fact, the bench seats...omg....they are worn out and the tables are far to close and high. Probably should have gotten a table. And to top this all off....we paid $167 for 2 adults, a 16 and 12 year. NOPE....will not get our business again, especially for soft, rubbery tasting seafood. Love you Red Lobster, but not this place.

My clam chowder soup and salad were very good, and the chedder cheese biscuits were warm and tasty. I ate at 4:30 and the restaurant was nice and quiet with good service.
