I was a bit irritated with this establishment, as was my 8 year old critic. The kids menu is number 1-4. 1-pick your drink, 2-pick your entree, 3-pick your side, 4-pick your dessert. Nevermind the kiddo initially received the wrong side. There’s a huge difference between oranges and onion rings. After she ate her dinner, we called the waitress over and requested the dessert (option 4) in a to-go container. This is when the waitress informed us it was not part of the kids meal. My child, sounding smarter than whoever wrote this menu then asked why it was listed as number 4 and not renumbered. Having it labeled at the 4th choice signifies it as being a part of the precious 1-2-3. Funny enough we were getting started on our lesson in economics about advertising. She pointed out as this was in fact “misleading” and I wholeheartedly agree.Make things right Red Robin!

I’ve been to Red Robin’s all over and this one is by far the worst.The server was great.Restaurant is extremely dirty and the food came out wrong and when it came out right the second time it was subpar.

My Mom and I shared the fish and chips plate with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. It was so much food. Everything was delicious. The server even brought us some sweet potato fries early as an appetizer.
Great meal had the southern charm, really good, had a great server Steve in the bar section this was Awesome, my daughter had the avocado burger she loved great experience. Ask for

My family frequent this Red Robin and we have been relatively pleased. Unfortunately, this last time was not so. Blame goes mostly to the service. Our waitress was nice but the service she provided was subpar. The entire time we were there, she never offered to refill our glasses with water. Red Robin is supposed to have unlimited fries. Previous waiters just automatically bring the fries to us or at least ask. This waitress never did. Us asking the first time was painless. The second time we asked, seemed to annoy the waitress. The fries she brought weren't crispy like the first ones. On the contrary, they were almost undercooked. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager told us that it was due to a different batch. But when she brought us additional fries, they were just fine. I doubt she opened a "different batch" just for us. We paid full price for our meal and left. I wonder if the other locations are any better.
