While vacationing in San Antonio, my Girlfriend & I decided to go get lunch at Red Robin at The Rim. The restaurant was clean, nice atmosphere, good food & the service was excellent. Special shout out to our server Josh, he was so friendly, congenial & quick to take care of our every need. Special kudos to John Johnson as well. He happily greeted us when we arrived & showed us to our table. The tile floor was a tad slippery & with my neuropathy it caused me concern walking to the restroom. John noticed my hesitation, hurried over & let me hold his arm & walked with me to the restroom. He even was nearby when I needed a helping hand returning to the table. Both Josh & John are awesome & Red Robin should be grateful to have them as employees!

Family of 4 came in. Was seated fairly quickly, said server would be with us shortly. Place was at maybe 30% capacity. Staff was just standing around talking to eachother. 15-20 minutes past and server never came. People who just walked in and seated after us got served.
Walked out without even being able to ask for waters.
Won’t be coming back again.

What a great place and time to go. Always love red Robin, but this visit was exceptional. Great person serving our table was rhe exact right amount of aggressive table service without being overbearing. Maya gets some big Kudos from my family and I !!

I've eaten at this restaurant on multiple occasions. Cassie the bartender has taken care of us at least twice and her level of services been nothing short outstanding. The food is always good and the prices seem reasonable. Great food coupled with excellent service makes it a pleasant dining experience.

I love coming here around 2-3pm.....u can actually carry on a conversation, and the staff are all relaxed, friendly and engaging. The food is solidly good, tasty, and satisfying. Parking is ample. This location is clean and well-maintained.
