Was yummy but for some reason they purposely water down the apple juice? When we asked the server, she said they always do it like that. If I have to pay full price for a drink, then why do I get it half full with water? Server was attentive and polite. Other than the apple juice, my family and I enjoyed our meal.

First time I've been here. I really enjoyed it. We went for lunch. 11am seemed perfect. Not a lot of people, and we got a quick seat. Loved the bottomless fries. My coworkers and I loved the food and service. I really love the clean and upbeat decor. Our waitress was friendly, very attentitive and pleasant. The food was out fast and we were able to eat and get back to the office on our hour lunch. My coworker had the gluten free mushroom swiss burger and i had this one with a fried egg on top. Both burgers and fries were delicious. I will be back and I will bring my coworkers and friends.

We are good customers who live in the area. We always had the impression that Red Robin at the rim is a good family oriented restaurant. However, last night we experienced a specific ocassion that desilusioned us as a family. Specifically, the manager in charge “Shelby” came to our table and rudely said to us we could not be a party of five where we were seated rather then politely introducing herself and explaining in a friendly way and or advising that we could be seated else where. Simply stated, she was very rude in her approach and bottom line ruined our dinner due to mannerism. I would highly recommend to a supervisor to speak with her regarding how to approach in a friendly way and speak correct manner. At this point in time, Red Robin has lost a good costumer and will not return back to dine in.

I ended up getting the Smoke & Pepper burger from this place and ended up with food poisoning this was the last thing I ate for the day too ended up sick for almost a week on my vacation what a waste haven't been to a Red Robin since.
Always a great experience at this Red Robin. Everyone is extremely friendly and the burgers are always cooked the way we like it. Very tasty. Love their fries and campfire sauce.

We used to like Red Robin but this is second time lately: overdone turkey burger, overdone sweet potato fries and just now rubbery chicken in salad, water tasted funny, bacon bits overdone and waiter did not do refills on drinks, didn’t bring campfire sauce till we asked a second time, and had to get waiter to bring our check, was visiting, sitting a booth with someone: think it was a customer. We will not return there.
