Food is very delicious!! The best Mexican restaurant in San Antonio Texas!! The fideo is delicious and tortillas are fresh! There has not been a dish or taco that we have not liked! Customer service is great !!!

Our room has not been vacuumed before we checked in and there are long women hairs on towels and bathtubs, stains on sheets. I submitted the issue to receptionist. He just noted on a piece of paper for forwarding to management. After checking out I received a call from management with apologies and then some refund

There was black mold in the shower and on the doors. The AC sounded like a dying jackhammer, struggling to stay alive. It was deafening, even on the lowest setting, making sleeping hard. I had it at 60 degrees and the room was closer to 77 degrees. The dresser drawers would fall off the rails if you pulled them out more than halfway. The door in front of the fridge wouldn't close all the way unless you lifted it up some. The room had a stale musty aroma with a mixture of a locker room, hospice, and foot cheese. That was the most pleasant part of the experience. When I first entered the lobby, the young man at the counter never acknowledge me, even after looking at me from his phone. He did put it away and walked up to the desk. There was an awkwardness where I just had to start talking because I expected some sort of greeting. I was going to request a new room but I was so busy with work and exhausted from driving for hours I tried to just deal with it. I extended my stay because I was going to work more days than I thought. They assured me I could just stay in my current room. Then at 11:01 the beating at the door sounded like a swat team was about to breach. It wouldn't end, despite the "do not disturb" hanger on the door. I finally opened the door to what looked like security and had to explain I extended my stay and did not need to be thrown out. It was an unpleasant experience.

Was parked right in front of the hotel and no one saw anything, SA police weren't very helpful either. Will not be staying at this La Quinta again. The only reason I stayed there was because I thought it was safe and close to where I had meeting.

Great location, good breakfast but just needs cleaning and update improvements. And towels are hard to come by and just felt and smelt sort of moldy at times. Did not try pool but looked decent and price was accurate. Can’t expect 5 stars and not scary horrible!

Check in and out we’re great. The staff was very friendly. The price was about in the middle. I did, however, expect housekeeping to come in daily to replace used towels, empty trash, and make the bed. I’ve been to cheap hotels and motels that did that. Is this just not done anymore? Maybe I was expecting too much. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a bonus.

The double bedrooms are too small for a couple and children. My husband had to sleep in the floor as the beds seem more like twin beds. I also did not report the issue to the front office as they had mention that the hotel was sold out

rude staff, dirty sheets, and dust bunnies in every corner and elevator. The area of town is not so safe. I would not stay here again. It seems like the staff just hangs out in the back office until someone clears their throat to get them to stop playing on their phones and help

truck broken into and items stolen. No security at night or day and not a safe place to park. San Antonio has a high theft and break in to Ford Trucks. I was warned to be careful by my husband. I parked in front of check in under a light. Truck wires cut....Items stolen....including a $500.00 gift card.

Requested housekeeping twice and didn’t show up, 4 nights and could get clean towels or get trash pick up. They said they would do full housekeeping the day I left WTF, makes no sense. Why would guest be on the hotel schedule not the guests needs. Not well organized.
The hotel is fine for a budget-minded stay. Not great, but not bad. Just a little dated and worn out. But clean. Staff was polite and responsive. HVAC system in my room had some issues and would not turn off. Comforter had some stains on it. But sheets and pillow cases were clean.

Truck got broken into and the cameras in the parking lot doesn’t work. Breakfast room gets overcrowded and you have to wait in line for too long just to get eggs and a piece of bread. You need to wait longer if you want to make your own waffles.

Very nice accommodations, excellent breakfast, located close to amenities. Overall I had very good stay at this La Quinta. As I was traveling alone in this case, I did not mind that the room is not cleaned every day. I had plenty of towel service and everything I could want. Definitely recommend staying here.

The lobby is inviting with a waterwall, blown glass hanging light. The Texas shaped waffles for the breakfast were fun. Our only issue was the extra towels we asked for had some reddish drops on them and the counter in front of them had the dried drops on them. We did not use the towels or let any of our belongings touch the bathroom counter.

We were there for 4 days. In San Antonio for the stock show and rodeo which is late nights and early mornings. We ate take out in the rooms as we weren’t there for pleasure. Our room was never cleaned. Trash was never removed. When I asked for both neither was done. We have been coming to this hotel yearly and will definitely find somewhere else next year.
