Very friendly staff, but the hotel is old and the elevators are slow. They're in the process of updating them so one was new, one was down, and the other two are the older elevators. The mattresses were old and two people sleeping in them will end up in a black hole in the middle. Stayed here last week for a work conference. Conveniently located on the Riverwalk, this hotel is in serious need of renovations. The lobby area looks nice, but the rooms not so much. Had an old feel to it. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low. The sensor lights in the room were annoying. The elevators on one side were broken.I'm a Hilton member, and while checking in, I wasn't offered any bottled water. My co-workers got water. Our stay was okay. They had minor problems with the door but everything was fixed immediately. The hotel is very accessible if you plan to go for a walk. The only problem that we had is the noise of cars and motorcycles passing by. If you book, make sure to ask if you can have a room overlooking the River not the main roads.
