The service was very good. The food is also delicious. We also watched the River Parade here.

Spoke to person at front of restaurant and was informed that I simply needed to take a seat and that someone would come by to help me. After forty minutes i finally got up and left. It was not overly busy just some of the worst service I have ever encountered. Very disappointing and I would not ever go back to the restaurant or stay here again based off service that lacking.
While staying in the Hilton Hotel, tried to get an appetizer and lemonade at the lobby bar, two ladies busy on cell phones asked us to go to the restaurant downstairs to eat. I asked about an appetizer and she mentions it would take a while. We did wait for it and had no way to enjoy it trying to eat off cocktail napkins. Wow Hilton.
The drinks are great which makes this place a 3 star. The mango habanero wings I had were not fresh at all, tasted like frozen wings and the sauce didn't do it justice, the same for the ranch sauce, it was not good. Stick to the drinks and go.
We were staying at the hotel, came here for drinks after dinner 2 nights. I loved my "dessert" martini - tasted like s'mores. Our server the first night was great, the second night there was no server - we sat around for a while before we realized that we had to go to the bar and order - not a problem, just confusing.
