Went this Morning the lady. With the Harley Davidson shirt was Rude . I’ve been a longtime customer. And never had anyone being rude to me . The Grandkids were always pleasant to serve you . All of sudden they are no longer there. I asked for Cracklins she they were out . At 9:30 am .Rude customer service. People will just go

This location has gone down. Beginning with the customer service of the employees including the manager of this establishment. Let me not forget the aluminum foil in the nasty barbacoa . But it's excusable because the manager said they cook it in that. I tried to explain to them and show them pictures of the supposedly all meat barbacoa and the young employee explains to me that it's the old meat we are using but next weekend, we changed our meat so it will be better. He said it was pieces of the cheek and he didn't know why it was white. I definitely won't be coming here again ?

Just got the worst barbacoa an tamales Ive ever had in my life. Everything was horrible. The meat was dried up. The tamales overcooked. The drinks had way too much powdered drink mix. HORRIBLE FOOD AND

I always buy tamales and barbacoa every weekend. Last week the tamales were dry. No one ate them. Today I go to buy barbacoa only $17.99 a pound all meat. I get a pound with scraps in it. I go back. I get another pound not as good. Not going back to buy anything. Just a waist of money, waist of time and waist of gas. Drive all the way over there to get this. Not good.

I'm very judgemental when it comes to Barbacoa. They get a 8 out 10, fresh salsa, tortillas, ice cold big red, and avocados. Super friendly staff, especially for so early in the morning.

#1 and #2 Barbacoa special are good.Menudo flavor was ok, but way to salty, need to cut back on salt considerably. Just my opinion. Other than that would still continue getting the barbacoa special. God Bless to y'all.

They over charged me for the food purchased. They did not give me a refund as requested. I paid 90.31 for Barbacoa to many hands at the register. Now I have to wait until they open next weekend to try to get my money . Smh. They should of given the cash difference

Rios is a family tradition for us, and this recent trip did not disappoint.
