I ordered off Uber eats but wow it was so good!!! Loved it it has very little to almost no fat

Love the regular barbacoa here it's so flavorful and usually not full of fat everywhere. I will however say that sometimes when the younger guys are working the barbacoa doesn't seem as clean. This time almost half was inedible globs of fat.

Bought chicharones with my order, mfs soggy af, other than that the barbacoa was good and so were the tortillas. But I will give this place another try in the future.

I visited Rios barbacoa on Potranco & ordered a lb of barbacoa- (didn't order menudo, tamales , or Big Red because they are always out! which I feel is unacceptable , but the owners don't care- just like their broken receipt printer thats been broken for 6 months ) anyways I got home and my food was ice cold-I called Joe Rios the owner who immediately started arguing with me - yelling and being a jerk- stating that his warmer works- he didn't bother to apologize - and hung up on me - I've given Rios plenty of business- this guy obviously doesn't appreciate his customers-I could go to any barbacoa place - but I went to his location-Joe should show some GRATITUDE! not just to me but to all his customers- stop being so cheap and fix broken equipment, make sure you have everything that's posted on the Menu- people drive to your place Joe - spend their time & gas and you guys are out of ingredients, Pico, avo, tortillas etc - then you act crazy when someone complains- your own employees have complained about not having items- why don't you work the Stores so you can tell customers why you're out of stuff!
The best ππππ tamales and barbacoa
I love the flavor from Rios barbacoa but there was a pool of grease sitting as high as the meat. That's a lot of added weight when buying by the pound. Gave me a stomach ache for most of the day. ?
Love this place. Barbacoa is really good and tamales are the best. Donβt forget the menudo. A+++ Get there early cause this place runs out. That alone should tell you how good it is.
Great food at a great price and was in and out!

Barbacoa was good just as any other Rios Barbacoas out there. The hot sauce was different than others but it was real good. Corn tortillas were soft and warm. I highly recommend.

Just called to see if they had barbacoa get to the store five mins later door is locked no one answers the phone stated they were out unprofessional if u ask me and bad for business I will never return not like they care but oh well
Barbacoa is always good. I feel the tamales have been on a downward hill for some time. This morning they were dry, salty, and they were more maza than anything else... I mean the maza and meat ratio was not ideal. They were edible, but definitely not their best tamales.
Delicious food, everything clean, good service, very friendly and helpful staff
Rios barbacoa used to be the best in town, lately it hasn't been as good, not as flavorful, they also raised the prices through the roof, I have to take out a couple of loans to payoff the 1/2 lb of bbq I purchased-seems like they bought cheaper barbacoa but still raised the price, bad business practices- won't be coming back!
