My first time , I put 4 stars on service , because I was behind a man and hadn't ordered yet , another man came behind me and was getting his order before getting me , yeah they knew him a regular but still rude. But hey it is what it is , I still got my order taken , and with the food - my only issues was that I ordered all meat barbacoa, and there was still fat in it and greasy but other then that it was still good barbacoa, I still recommend this place for your barbacoa...

Been in San Antonio for so long, and I never tried it until today! I always passed by and usually they were closed. Come to find out they are open weekends only! Local family run joint with service so welcoming and friendly it definitely took us by surprise. Tacos were on point, savory, classic with no fluff. While there they did run out of posole, which was fine because I'm going to go again just to try it next week! Definitely a must for some amazing food!

Great food and very friendly staff. The service is speedy and attentive. The only thing missing was someone to push me out to my car in a wheelchair after eating a pound of barbacoa and a bowl of menudo.
