First time trying Açai and I LOVED IT!! Came here yesterday evening, thought I wouldn't be able to find safe parking but there are plenty at the back of the place! Would come back when I crave Açai again! 🩵 The only thing is, I wish I have gotten some help when I was trying to decide what to choose from the menu...

Rise Up Acai Bowls, is definitely a go-to spot for us! My fiancé absolutely raves about their Cupid bowl, and I'm a big fan of their classic and chocolate bowls. While they might not be the quickest in preparation, the fantastic atmosphere and the sheer excellence of their high-quality acai and delicious flavors make every visit worthwhile. It's truly a top-notch choice for a healthy and satisfying treat!

Southwest Elixirs is down the street

Been here before usually pretty good but think this is my last time. Got the chocolate acai and a breakfast acai with my partner and both our acai's tasted like nothing at all, not even sweetness, all I could taste was the granola. They also seemed eager to close but it was only just 6pm. Should've asked for a refund when I had the chance 👎👎👎👎

Sad to say this but i will no longer go back to rise up. I’m a server and i love to get a smoothie before my shift so i was so excited to pick one up but one of the male employees ruined my experience! I asked for the reef and i got it but it was just watered not even a smoothie at all so i stayed to see if i can get a new one and the same male employee said is everything okay? And i said it’s just too watery can i get a new one? And he snatched it and threw the cup into the trash so hard it made a mess and splashed all over their wall and i was just shocked because I’ve never seen any of the employees react like that and i didn’t know what to do i felt awkward but i waited and i got my new smoothie which was better but he just brought it to the stand and left without saying anything. I grabbed it and left but ended up not even enjoying it cause i felt like he made my drink with so much negativity but yea i hope that doesn’t happen to anyone else again! As a server i could never treat a customer that way very sad :(

Customer service was atrocious. Wasted over an hour of our time. We tried to be patient and polite but after waiting 30 minutes for our bowls we asked after them, and then they said they would make them immediately, and then we waited another 25 minutes while we watched TEN other people get served. We were quiet, kind, polite, friendly, dressed professionally, and did nothing to deserve being treated this way. It felt as if they wanted to take our money and then purposely not feed us. When we still hadn’t gotten our bowls I asked for a refund which was provided, but it should have never reached that point.

So I ordered a simple coffee they said they don't have drip coffee; they only have a Americano? This is at a place called rise up. Secondly, she never asked for what SIZE I want nor whether I wanted CREAM or not so they gave me the extra small which I did not want @$3.79. I thought a bit pricey for that. Tried to get on the Internet several times it would connect, then you'd be kicked off over and over again. Too bad, because I thought this place had a good atmosphere and no blaring music but this was all too much for something that should be simple and straight up at this overglorified coffee shop. One and Done!

Hello I visited this place Tuesday night maybe 20 mins before closing there was a last minute rush . The little scrawny guy with a moustache and glasses got upset and started slamming chairs so loud right next to a customer. I understand that it would be upsetting but at the same time that’s no way to behave . Because of him I will not be going back. You definitely should go back through cameras he should be fired

it sucks that these are literally the best bowls in SA LOL cause the attitude i get from them and eve. the social media team is always so disappointing. also parking sucks. Why couldn’t have they picked a space like stone oak with an entire lot at their disposal.

the açaí bowl was good, but the toppings were very little and were also cut too big (or were frozen). took an hour to get my bowl.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude! Do not care about customers or getting orders correct! Place should be closed down with the lack of customer service! NEVERA will be coming back out!

I ordered in the app 30 minutes ahead of time thinking that it would be ready and I could just grab it and go. But NO. These people didn’t even have it ready when I got there. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after the chow now app said it would be ready. So thanks a lot for waisting my time today. I have things to do and have to be ready and out by certain times. And you just made my day so much more stressful than it had to be. I expect that when you say it’s going to be ready by this time that it’s ready for me to pick up and go. So if you want to be late to everything and have to wait basically 40mins for an açaí bowl then this is your place.

The bowls are decent about half the time. However, the main issue we encountered today was the attitude of the person in charge. We've been regular customers for the past four months, visiting several times a week, but his demeanor today has led us to decide to stop coming.
