Food is not that great as the AIT or basic training dfacs I have been to. Less variety and choices and the recipes look note so good.

I enjoy going here over the other option covered by a meal plan. The food is pretty tasty and well cooked, I really enjoyed the chicken. Cooked perfectly! There was some confusing over how to carry out when I last went but the ladies were very nice. I had a women working who helped me look up calories for the dishes and for someone who watches what they eat it was super appreciated. I def recommend. It’s not a fine dining establishment but it’s a healthy and worthy option. And the salad bar is pretty good!

After 10 years, I returned to eat at the legendary Rocco's. I'll tell you what, nostalgia kicked my ass. Food is still solid, as you would expect from the DFAC closest to where the high ranks prowl. Beats METC by a long shot still.
