They came by our apts today, super nice, food was seriously on point.. we caught them as they were gonna get ready to head out and we’re blessed with xtra rice,beans, and Mac.. Customer service goes a long way and they def got that covered.. 3rs Fri of the mnth you can find em at the Wal Mart parking lot off De Zavala and I-10.. Prices are very reasonable and def fair for the quality your getting..Thank you guys for making our Fri night dinner an awesome one

When they said the meat practically falls off the bone, they aren't lying. Brisket was tender and juicy and ribs just melted in my mouth. Don't forget the beans, best flavor ever. They exceeded my expectations. It Won't disappoint...

They set up in front of our warehouse. I'm still enjoying my food but one word will sum it up, WOW! Ribs are beautiful, brisket was DONE RIGHT and sausage was flavorful. And yes there are people who mess up sausage. Jalapeno Mac and cheese is spicy good. The rice was perfect, reminded me of Commanche park church bbq days-if you're my age, you know. Give them a try, you won't regret it. :)

I happen to stop by the truck at the flea market, all I can say is DON'T HESITATE & FOLLOW THE SMOKE (their motto). The baked potatoes are to die for so yummy! There brisket taske like butter in your mouth. Service was amazing, really nice people. Can't wait to order from them again!
