Had the Roman pizza. it was the best pizza I've had in San Antonio. superb red sauce, tasty crust and fresh, flavorful and plentiful ingredients.

Saw this place on Texas Eat's this morning, and it is worrth the drive (drove in from New Braunfels), and got the pizza. Nice thin crust with excellent toppings. Will definitely go back again!!

Pregnancy called for garlic knots. Received them in a plastic bag and soggy, these were more like huge dinner rolls smothered in soooooooooo much garlic it literally was unbearable to finish one. Sadly they went in garage. Upside, the chicken buffalo pizza was fully cooked and pretty tasty.EDIT: Owner respectfully acknowledged my review which deserves an extra star.

Finally a pizza with some.great flavor!!!! Perfect ratio of cheese to sauce and a perfect.amount of spices in the sauce.. The crust was cooked to perfection and very tasteful also. Wings had a very nice homemade buffalo sauce we loved! My new favorite pizza and I can't wait to try other items on the menu. Thanks Roman, you do not disappoint and decent prices too!!!

Weird location but don't let that discourage you. The interior is clean and bright. The food was delicious. The garlic knots are a must try .. yum! Pizza was prepared just how I like it. Large portions. Great service. Thanks, Richard. We will be back to try the wings. They looked amazing.

Amazing staff! Very helpful for being my first time here! I enjoyed a medium Roman pizza & chicken Alfredo w/mushrooms and spinach. Delicious!!Both came out fairly fast and the garlic knots are a MUST ORDER.WILL be coming back!

Service was slow and seemed very careless. Took forever to get my food and was cold and soggy when I got home. Didn’t get my wing order right and garlic knots where hard as bricks and over garlicky. Wife’s steak on her philly cheese was burned. Waste of money. WILL NOT BE BACK

Ordered this for the first time after a spurs game, hoping that it would be great since it’s like a mom and pop shop. I’m so disappointed, I will not be ordering from here again.My “chicken Parmesan” was probably 2oz of chicken and a lump some of burnt breading just thrown into some overcooked noodles. The pizza is very soggy and the dough is even raw in some places. the wings were burnt. Very disappointed. Highly unsatisfied and upset.

They have the best Lasagna and garlic knots and not to mention fresh salads! I was very impressed with this restaurant and will defiantly be ordering from here again.

Roman's Pizza is easily the best pizza spot I've visited since arriving in San Antonio, maybe ever!! It's kinda of hid away but it's worth a try. To start with, it had the biggest Hot Wings I've ever seen at almost any restaurant. Ever people!!! The owner said that was not an accident. That was the way he ordered the wings (this guy was really cool too and down to earth). I also ordered the Cuban Sandwich and fries and the Baked Meat Ravioli. The owner threw in some free Garlic Knots but I didn't take a picture of those. My bad!!! All the food was amazing. Also, the staff were energetic, talkative and very helpful. I really felt welcome. This place has the best vibe. It really deserves your visit!!! Give them a try!!!
