This has to be one of the most poorly operated pizza joints in San Antonio. The food is NOT consistent. The staff is either untrained or they do not care. They also cannot keep employees, which causes the restaurant to be closed at random times/days. That is a reflection on owners and managers. Do not order for delivery, they can’t seem to keep drivers

One of the worst pizza's I've had in san antonio and that's saying a lot. Flavor was just bad, crust was thin and basically none existent and tasted like cardboard. Literally looked like it was bought from the freezer section at heb...check out the photos below, one is what I got and one is from their website...basically pizza fraud.

When I called, I spoke to Nevae. (I am so sorry if I just misspelled your name!) She was so nice and so patient! She helped me with my order and was able to get everything set up and ready for me! I really appreciate her patience and kindness! Customer service was there 110%! Thanks girl!

So for Superbowl I decided to go with pizza and wings - to make a long story short I met up with the manager Tosha - I ordered a whole bunch of food - she was awesome - prepared everything- and it was just delicious and carefully made - and right on time so thanks to Tosha the party went down in the books - so go see her- and order some of her delicious food - great job Tosha - thank you

We expected more quality for the prices. The portion sizes (our 1st time there) was pretty good no complaints and we hope its consistent. However, the quality of food was not enough to justify the prices nor a return to order from there for a good while. We did appreciate they were accommodating to our pizza style I guess its called build your own pizza. The penne pasta was slightly better than the pizza which for a place called Romes Pizza we thought the pizza was their specialty. We always give an restaurant 2 to 3 tries before we call it quits on eating there so we will try again in the next month or two. Also their fountain drinks need calibration as all drinks were watered down or tasted odd. Had to drink tea instead. The way I used to fix this at a fast food place I used to work in was every hour or two try a drink or two. If it was odd tasting then I known first hand to go fix the issue, but if its fine then let it be. This avoided customers being dissatisfied with their drinks during their meal. Just a suggestion of course.Long story short not recommended based on price vs quality. Can sorta recommend based on price vs quantity as first impression.Kid-friendliness: There wasn't anyone in the restaurant, and my daughter was running about and making her usual noises. We were told to settle her down nor a she can't run in here. So we enjoyed that part of our dine in. She didn't run much or make loud nor annoying noises. She was her silly self and no one told her to stop.Parking: Since it's next to locations that are closed except one other location in the opposite corner it had plenty of parking.

This was a great find. We settled on this place when Pizza Hut wouldn't deliver or seat us. I'm glad we did, though this was excellent. It's a little high but worth it. The supreme pizza and Buffalo wings are amazing.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this place. Great pizza and a few old arcade style games.Parking: Free parking and close walk.Wheelchair accessibility: This place has handicap parking and amenities

They told me $19.04 for a 16" pizzaAt home,..I measured it because it did not look like a 16" pizza... It was actually a 15" ..Not too happy to pay $19.00 and not get what was told it would be for that price.Good pizza, shorted on size ?

Great food. Good-ish service. When we arrived the service was excellent. The young lady was so sweet. Halfway thru our visit tho, I guess her shift ended and the other young lady that took over was just meh. Grumpy to say the least. Annoyed? I don't know what the deal was. So 2* for the first young lady and 1* for the food. Probably won't return. We spend a ton of time, energy, (large family) and money eating out for family time and it's just not what we expected.

Pizza was amazing but it should be for the price $75 for 3 large pizzas plus when I ordered Sunday they said they didn't have delivery that day. 5 Stars though because the pizza was really good and the lady at the counter was super friendly. I'd pay that price again for repeat of experience

The lasagna is way better than their pizza. And the garlic bread is real buttery and full of herbs. Loved it! I finished my lasagna but the family didn't finish their pizza.

I am disappointed to say the least.... I received some coupons in the mail and decided to give it a try since my boyfriend, father and I were craving pizza. The coupon says you can redeem it through online ordering... that was the first fail. never the less we called the order in and went to pick it up. It didn't feel like we used a coupon since it was still really pricey. The pizza was pretty horrible. In the words of my boyfriend "the crust was like toasted plywood." The personal pie is code word for kids meal. The pizza they give out in elementary school for lunch on fridays is bigger than what we paid for. The calzone was decent and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars...it did need some salt but overall tasty. I'd get a $5 dollar hot and ready or put a DiGiorno in the oven before I got pizza from here again. Sorry but not worth the 50$ we spent.

Amazing Pizza! And their Fries are fantastic. The salads are big and all the desserts are great especially the Taramisu and Cheese cake. Tables sometimes need a wipe down but overall it's a clean place. Always ask for specials cause sometimes they forget and charge you regular price. Love this place overall.

Bad service. Don’t go save yourself the aggravation. I ordered pizza and pasta to go, it took longer than she told me & the kids that work there don’t seem to care. They care more about texting on their phone than helping customers. Saw a customer come up to the counter to get the rest of her order. I guess that’s normal for dine in? We spent about $40 and for the pizza to be hard, dry & less toppings compared to other places, it’s just not worth it. Chicken Alfredo had no sauce it was soooo dry who would want to eat the garlic bread it comes with? The spaghetti and meatballs looked terrible. No fresh meatballs! Frozen meatballs?! Really, that’s a shame. Why have it on the menu if it’s not going to be good. No wonder it was not very busy. Won’t be back, Rome’s you just lost potential customers. We eat pizza and pasta a couple times a week, we will stick to our usual places. Also they never included napkins, utensils, Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Just bad service.
