No manager on duty but spoke to Olivia letting me know I'll get a call back for further info. A week later no response ,hang up when I'm trying to call and getting completely ignored, so here we go
I purchase a pound of Babacoa special through drive thru, Then i went home starting to eat(one taco deep) and bit Into a metal piece from Utensil/ kitchen equipment... Stop eating immediately when straight to the store and bought it to their attention. They took pictures. They let me talk to a manager name.Olivia on phone through a waitress phone , because a manager wasn't on duty.
At this point it's not even about the refund ,A manager hasn't called me back to reassure me that they know what's going on with this kind of stuff, really bothers me because you could hurt someone
This place is very close to my home and i've been going here ever since it opened a couple years back ,really good food and good atmosphere, so for them to completely ignore a customer safety concerns ,I'm sorry I'll take my business some where else

This place has delicious tacos.But they have some issues to take care of. So, I like to stop by on my way home to buy breakfast tacos. But, whenever I go to this restaurant I’m always with the thought of my order not being as I order it. Today, was one of those days. So I asked for a bacon strip and egg taco along with others and this is the third time they get it wrong. This upsets me because, I find it hard to understand why does this happen constantly. After I told the lady at the drive thru if they got the bacon strip and egg correct…So this time I was upset again and I drove back to the restaurant when I was already home. The lady in charge was kind enough to get me what I ordered. I think the cooks need to be more aware and mindful of their customers order. It’s very annoying to have this happen more than once. Other than that I enjoyed my taco after being annoyed at this inconvenience.

Today was the 3rd or 4th time coming here for lunch with some co-workers. Their barbacoa is delicious, first dish I had at this place, was off the chain. The other times I've been here, including today's visit, I had their Parrillada, which is also amazing and very delicious, never fails. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the waitresses are nice. Great spot for lunch if you're craving some traditional Mexican food at a mom and pop shop.

I really like this place for lunch. Great food, great price, and portions are lunch sized. Servers are all very nice.
We have gone to this place before service is poor never get refills and gets over charge today 9/8/24 got there at 230 and the waitress didnt let us sit said they were closeing at 3 it was 230 all the chairs were up i would not be going back here
You get free chips & salsa. The chicharrón and egg was crispy like I asked (they made an exception since only the chicharrón w/salsa version is on the menu.) The potatoes were (so perfectly soft), the refried beans tasted good. As you can see, the green salsa was my favorite as I put some, all over the chicharrón. The plates are service w/homemade flour or corn tortillas. I got the flour. I definitely will return.

1. I ordered a cake and specifically asked not to put cream in it. I don't like cream. Well, what do you think, they really put cream on it.
2. I ordered a water in a takeaway glass, before paying I let him know that I needed to refill my glass, it was tamarind water. I told him, it's tamarind. When I got to work I wanted to drink my tamarind water and it was a simple flavor, because I filled it with simple water.
Parking: Plan your day. There's a busy train track across the street. Causes traffic congestion. And sometimes the train stops and blocks Zarzamora st.

I love the staff. The food is also fantastic. My favorite is the Parrillada Mix. A large skillet of beef and chicken fajitas with kielbasa and shrimp (and veggies) along with the sides for 16.95. That can't be beat, anywhere. Bet me. The place is nice and clean. Just a good, down-home Jalisco.
