A pink food truck? Umm, yes please! 🙌🏼 I stopped by for a quick taco and had the bean and cheese with bacon, an absolute classic, 10/10. My daughter had the chorizo and egg taco and loved it (and if a toddler approves, you know it’s good!).
And can we talk about the convenience? It’s a one-stop shop with tacos, snacks, and coffee all in one spot! I just wish I lived closer so I could come by more often. I’ll definitely be back! 😌

Today was the first time I tried Rosa’s Kitchen and I must say, my son and I loved it. We had the mixed street taco plate served with grilled onions, fresh onions, cilantro, lime and your choice of red or green salsa. The food was delicious and I used both salsas on my tacos because I couldn’t decide which one I liked more. The red is a bit more spicy that the green, but so good. Use with caution , lol. We complimented our meal with their fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade....
