We had Rosemary’s Catering for our wedding reception and the food was amazing! They handled the passed apps during the cocktail hour, a plated dinner with two different entrée options, several adjustments for dietary restrictions, cake cutting, and bartending for our 230 guests and did a stellar job. We worked with Sonya from our tastings all the way through our wedding day and she was wonderful. She even noticed that my husband was still up talking to guests after his food had been served, so she snagged his plate and brought him a new one that was still warm. The professionalism and intentionality of the whole Rosemary’s team was top notch, and the food was mouthwateringly good. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get their chicken fried quail!

Absolute culinary masterpiece! The food was beyond incredible, with every dish beautifully presented to our guests. The drinks were beautifully crafted and served. 10/10If there's one thing I could change would be improvement in terms of bar staffing to better accommodate demand on bar services-- we received some comments about bartenders feeling overwhelmed and saying they were too busy working. But despite this minor hiccup, the food and drinks were EXCELLENT!

RKG's Sonya Villareal went the extra mile to provide what our guests touted as the best wedding food ever!!! The bride expressed her hopes for a true Mexican food experience to Sonya. It was a tough ask because so many of our guests in attendance were from Mexico. We asked for special items at the tasting, and had to leave it all for Sonya to sort out because the bride lives 2000 miles away. Sonya took our vision and worked with the RKG chefs to provide a MOST memorable food experience. The Veracruz style tamal was a stand-out! The chicken mole gorditas were even more so because mole is a family fav ... it had the perfect mix of heat and sweet. A special TY goes to Sonya who very aptly communicated our wants to the RKG chef team. We would not have had the BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER without Sonya's caring attention to us as clients. Rosemary's Catering catered my wedding and did an AMAZING job! I did not have a coordinator and Miki was so helpful to us and acted in this role in some ways, making our day go so smoothly. They have a great eye for style and flavor and all our of guests were so pleased with the food. We have churros and chips/salsa with margaritas for cocktail hour and an amazing fajita buffet for dinner. Thank you so much Rosemary's catering for making our wedding reception exceptional!
