Roy's Taco Hut offers a varied menu, including carne guisada, sausage and egg, and enchiladas. The homemade tortillas are described as fluffy, and the tacos are said to be very full and tasty. Customers praise the fast service and friendly staff, with one noting the lady in the drive-thru was super sweet. The food is delicious, with high ratings for carne guisada, bean and cheese, and barbacoa with guacamole. Many customers mention that the tacos are very flavorful and the green sauce is especially good and hot. Recent visitors also highlight that the tortillas and bean and cheese are some of the best they've had, making it worth the drive. The service and atmosphere are generally pleasant, and the prices are considered affordable, with some recommending arriving early because it gets packed. However, some customers have experienced issues such as being charged for cups to go despite being told they are free when eating in, which caused some disappointment. One visitor shared that their beef fajita taco was underwhelming, being overcooked, lacking flavor, and very tough, though they usually hear good things about the place. Overall, Roy's Taco Hut remains a popular spot for tasty food and friendly service, despite occasional concerns about billing and consistency.
