SO GOOD!!! I saw the reviews, the menu and knew it was going to be amazing!! I had goat quesabirria ramen and WOAH.. never had that combo and the meat was tender, w the addition of his red sauce, it was spicy, flavorful annnd im so excited to finish it! Great cure for a hangover, someone else got the popeye chicken burrito which was also freaking huge and delicious!! Telling people I know to visit

We walked out of the Bargain Depot tonight and LET ME TELL YOU we could smell the food. Got the 3 beef quesobirrias and it fed 3 of us. It was so good and we will definitely be back!

The chef is so kind and accommodating! His food is beyond amazing and he doesn’t have a single bad item on his menu. His Hawaiian burger is absolutely delicious and I definitely recommend trying it out! I also recommend trying out his Quesabirrias especially with the broth. He puts a lot of love in his Birria and you can tell. I think those two items are some of the best on the menu that I’ve tried so far so please, if you’re on the fence about trying his food, I heavily recommend giving it a shot!

Amazing birria, im dairy free so asked for the quesabirrias without cheese and they were AMAZING- crunchy homemade tortillas, flavorful meat, perfectly seasoned. The consomé is perfect and you get a lot of it, and the salsas were creamy and spicy and fresh tasting. Also tried the mini tacos, champurrado and cafe de olla- all perfect. Best champurrado I’ve had outside of Mexico EVER! And it was served super hot. Definitely will return to this place, food is exceptional. Atmosphere not great- it’s a busy shopping area with a lot of sketchy stores around but for this food, it is worth it!!

I have finally tasted the food of a TRUE chef. Only a top notch chef can make food and drinks taste the way it should out of a food truck. His food and drinks are AMAZING!!! My husband and I went by yesterday for the first time and returned today because it is definitely that DELICIOUS.

After looking over the menu, you would expect to have a somewhat greasy meal. Let me tell you, this is NOT the case. I can’t stand to have grease all over my hands and have that awful feeling after eating. He definitely knows what he’s doing. I just can’t get over how good everything is that we have tried thus far. You can definitely taste all the flavors he incorporated into the meal. It’s seasoned just right.

So on our first day I ordered the mini combo that consisted of one HUGE birria taco and this very tasty broth. I just love the crispiness, smell and definitely taste of the tortilla just as much as the filling. My husband ordered the street tacos and the flavor on the pastor was A-1!!! I had to try the Jamaica agua fresca and boy am I glad I did. The color was just beautiful and the tangy taste was on point. Today we ordered the birria ramen because of the review and photos had me curious. It definitely taste even more amazing than it looks and definitely what I was hoping it would taste like. The quesadilla it came with was HUGE and full of flavor. Again, can’t say enough about that tortilla. We also ordered the Hawaiian burger based off the reviews and they aren’t lying about how delicious it as well as the homemade chips. We did get the cafe de jarro. One with creamer and the other without. Taste AMAZING!!! I don’t know what this chef does but as long as he keeps doing what he’s doing he will always have our business. The only downside to all this is the fact that he’s working out of a food truck and not a sit down restaurant. I can’t imagine how much more AMAZING all these dishes would be if it was eaten immediately once served.

For my friend I got the Chicken Fajita Flour Taco, she said it was very good!

My first time trying one of the many food trucks on Nacogdoches, and I'm absolutely thrilled to tell you this one, is the king. Hawaiian burger is glorious, so much flavor and savory ingredients. Perfect with the included chip style fries. My son went for tez street tacos and almost cried from how good they are. We can't wait to go back and visit again, amazing work sir!
