YOLO !!

Lots of Fat in brisket. High priced fatty meat. Unhealthy and pricey.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience started off on the wrong foot. The girl who took my order had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered—no smile, no courtesy, just flat-out rude. She basically threw the food at me like she couldn’t care less. And when that’s your first point of contact, it sets a really bad tone for everything else.

The food was cold, which didn’t help. And the A/C? Freezing. It was so uncomfortable I had to rush through my meal just to get out of there.

The one saving grace? The BBQ sauce. It’s legit. I liked it enough to buy a bottle to take home.

All in all, the flavor had potential, but the service and environment really dragged the whole experience down. Don’t think I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.

Only 1 cutter with a horrible attitude took her 5 minutes just to cut a chicken then she cuts brisket then she finally cut my 2 ribs they seem small so I ask for a third one and I had to wait and wait finally I said I’ll just pay for this 2 ribs . The onion station was a mess lids inside the food trash around it I decided not to even touch that . The place was not even busy . I just took my food and ate in my car I didn’t feel comfortable eating there

My family always goes to Rudy's throughout Texas. I do love Rudy's but I have to say this one is by far the worst. We spent 70 dollars and to get our food cold. As well there was hardly any portions with the baked potato we had to ask for a side of cheese to make it match what we usually get at other Rudy's. If you all are trying to match your cup saying worst barbecue then you all nailed it. I love Rudy's but this location is a disappointment.

We arrived at 3 pm They had no product and asked to wait 2 hours, the bathrooms were dirty, full trash cans, poor attention from the owner or manager.

Me & 3 of my friends stopped here after a stressful round of golf at nearby Silverhorn. The manager, Joe J, was incredibly helpful & friendly. He gave various recommendations that my friends and I listened to. Joe really knows his meat. He even talked to us about our round of golf.

He provided excellent customer service, and will be sure to return.

Their BBQ "sause" was a bit more vinegary and not as sweet as we like, but there is only the one option. The meat was good (especially liked the turkey), and we really liked their coleslaw and macaroni and cheese.

This place had no Baby back ribs at 5 pm on Sunday. I had to wait 20 minutes but it took that long to get a straight answer from any of the 6 employees who seemed to be in a catatonic daze and would not make eye contact with the customers. After asking 3 to 4 times, all the employees staring at each other, one of them mumbled that the ribs would be 15 to 20 minutes. Instead, I chose the pork ribs and the woman on the cutting board held up a huge piece and asked if I wanted it because it was 3/4 of a lb so I accepted it. BIG MISTAKE! It was 3/4 of a lb of BONE $15 and it was COLD! WTH! The employees were in a daze. The food was unavailable and cold. What more can I say?The event cost me $40 for a small cold slaw, potato salad, one sausage, a huge BONE and 3 little ribs I went back for 20 minutes later for and they were COLD as well. Here is why people don’t eat out anymore. Charge more but offer good cuts and service and the experience will be more pleasurable. This place makes Cracker Barrel seem like a posh Michelin eatery. Wow! Place was empty, btw.

I am not a huge BBQ fan, but I really like the turkey here. The rest of my family, who does enjoy BBQ, prefer the brisket.

Seriously… worst catering experience ever. We came to this one this time because it was more convenient. I will go out of my way next time and go to the previous location that actually did a great job last time.
Manager and lady doing and packaging the order here were incapable of reading off the papers and putting everything in a box. I had to turn around after I left and come back to get everything else they forgot. Seriously huge waste of time. Management was zero help. They offered to give extra items for all of my time wasted (got there 203 left at 243) and got absolutely nothing. Don’t come to this location it’s not worth the hassle.
Edit- why call if the 3 phone calls that day and speaking to the manager didn’t help.
