Ruth's Chris Steak House

Our server was fantastic. When we arrived at our reservation time they only had one server avail. For inside dining. Eventually, we had to sit outside in the patio to avoid having to wait longer, which was lovely, but flies all over......and no fly swatting table thingies available. Food was great but the value for the price paid was not there. Had better steak meals for less.

The staff was very attentive and courteous. Made sure all of our needs were met. The food was absolutely delicious. Came to us piping hot and well-seasoned.

OUR DINING EXPERIENCE AT RUTH'S CHRIS WAS VERY GOOD OVERALL. HOWEVER, I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE VALET PARKING POLICY. BEFORE MY RESERVATION, I CONFIRMED THROUGH THE ONLINE CHAT THAT RESTAURANT GUESTS RECEIVE A FOUR-HOUR PARKING CREDIT WHEN USING THE VALET SERVICE. I VALETED MY CAR TO ATTEND A CONCERT AT THE ALAMODOME AND WAS PARKED FOR APPROXIMATELY SIX HOURS TOTAL. TO MY SURPRISE, I WAS CHARGED $65.00 AND INFORMED THAT ONCE THE FOUR-HOUR PERIOD EXPIRES, THE RATE AUTOMATICALLY DEFAULTS TO THE DAILY RATE OF $65.00—EVEN IF THE OVERTIME IS ONLY A FEW MINUTES. THIS POLICY FEELS UNFAIR AND MISLEADING. HAD I LEFT JUST TEN MINUTES BEFORE THE FOUR-HOUR LIMIT, I WOULD HAVE BEEN FULLY COVERED UNDER THE CREDIT. THE MAIN REASON I CHOSE TO DINE AT RUTH'S CHRIS THAT EVENING WAS BECAUSE OF THE CONVENIENT PARKING AND WALKING DISTANCE TO THE ALAMODOME. I HOPE MANAGEMENT RECONSIDERS OR BETTER CLARIFIES THIS POLICY FOR FUTURE GUESTS SO THEY CAN AVOID UNEXPECTED CHARGES.

The staff is incredible! The atmosphere is inviting. The service is out of this world. The food was on point and delicious. An absolute gem of a restaurant that should be on your list of great restaurants to visit.

My first time at a Ruth's Chris. $$ but very good. My server, Ani, was fabulous and steered me in the right direction.

Our server Trey was very happy and vibrant with great energy and service. A birthday dinner for my beautiful wife was special. Trey made sure time spent at Ruth's was special. Thank you for an amazing dinner, and a fantastic experience. Thank you.

Made reservation for my wife Bday, called and spoke to receptionist and I was told the table would be decorated with glitter and she would get a complimentary desert. All notes would be added to my reservation, waitresses knew nothing of this and nothing was done. Very disappointed.

Excellent service and delicious food. The T-bone and Ribeye steaks ranked as some of the best I have eaten. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

It was a rough night when the restaurant was overwhelmed with inference people. While everything is good there was a mix up but the bartender made up by comping me a drink

The steaks were ok. Mine was overcooked. I would have sent it back, but the server NEVER returned to our table to check on us. We had to flag down the hostess to get him to bring us the check. The kicker is that we were his only table. He was so bad we will never eat at another Ruth Criss. As we were leaving, we saw a bug crawling up the wall by our table. Frankly, I was shocked and appalled at how bad this experience was. The place was pretty empty, which just shows how overrated it is. Also, it was overpriced. Clearly resting on the laurels and reputation. Don't eat here!

Great food that is massively overpriced. The bill for 5 was overs $700 with a very inexpensive bottle of wine.

There’s nothing that differentiates this restaurant from any other Ruth Chris steakhouse. You know you’re gonna get good food and good service.

Our waitress was amazing. My medium rare filet came out medium well. They took it back and tired it again and I got a medium filet. :( our waitress was amazing and the cocktails were very good.

Steaks weren’t mind blowing, shrimp was overcooked and calamari was not terrible. Service was excellent and atmosphere also good, had a great wine selection.
