They scored a 66 on health food inspection for having live roaches, mothball, and other chemicals in the kitchen. Employees' hand washing sinks are being used for food and washing dishes. Check KSAT's Behind the kitchen door for more info.

We called to order togo and they said it’s about 30mins. We came to pick up the food but foods were not ready and we had to wait for another 30mins. Will never come back.
Great food! I highly recommend their fried rice and Chao Ech.

This place is a hidden gem ?. The kitchen is fantastic. Great Chef ??. The Karaoke is fun, even though some people could find it a bit too loud. However, you can always order to go. Super friendly service with excellent tasty food options. Great job ? absolutely love the SA Café. ??

Excellent Asian cuisine by a chef with 30 years experience. Modern ambience with easy listening music so you can still visit with friends. Karaoke each evening at 8:00. I use it for small business gatherings. Highly recommended.

Just to avoid confusion, it’s an Asian restaurant, not a coffee shop as I was expecting when I walked in at 11 in the morning wanting coffee.

Yall should look at their health score. Had a 66 out of 100, Live and dead roaches, food stored on the floor and residential grade pesticides near food. Never

First time eating here at SA cafe. The atmosphere was very good. Well light with spacious table. They food was very good. We ordered the snails, the garlic butter squills birds and popular Bun Dua with very delicious dipping sauce (Vietnamese shrimp paste style). Totally worth it. This place and food design for after work party or group street food. Very authentic street food. They got big screen tvs for you and your family friend to enjoy the vibe. Highly recommended for any Vietnamese street food lovers. ?

Went during what google had listed as business hours, 2 open signs on as well. When I walked in they said that everything was “low” and really they were closed. So- after driving here and being seated they told me this!Never again, and never recommending anyone here.

Surprise find of a Vietnamese restaurant. I've passed by this place for years, but it has very dark windows, no signage, and a generic name. However, it's a very authentic Vietnamese restaurant.Came here for an early dinner on a Friday and it was basically empty, except some business function of about 40 people. It wasn't bad until they started doing karaoke around 6p. It was extremely loud, but I believe this was an exception and they don't usually do karaoke this early. As far as the food and service, it was great. Ordered egg rolls for an appetizer, then their Special Fried Rice and noodles for the main meal. Food arrived within 15 minutes which I was surprised since there was a large business function. Of the two main dishes, I preferred the Special Fried Rice, but they were both good. It was just 1 person working the tables, but he did a good job servicing the tables and running the food.Overall, good food and service. I'll come back again and hopefully they're not doing karaoke so early in the evening.

The food tastes fresh and flavorful- we are basic people lol so we got fried rice but I specified no soy and they accommodated. There was plenty of space on a Saturday at noon. Overall great experience

I was looking forward to eating there for awhile but was disappointed with the snail dish. The meat was tough, and I ended up w upset stomach and severe gas for the night. Staff had difficulties communicate in English w simple request such as how does Tamarind taste like as my son was a picky eater so I was trying to see if they can bring a tiny bit of Tamarind sauce for him to try.

Restaurant opens at 10 am. We went in at 12:30 pm. It was empty, no greeter. Lady at the register just writing away, no acknowledgment for about 5 minutes which made us question if they were really open for service. Lady came up to us and stated that since it was morning time that they only have 5 items on the menu… but she only knew 2 of those items. She kept looking through the menu without a clue. No drink offer at the least. We decided to walk away… because we weren’t sure of the service. Can’t judge the food, but judging the customer service for sure.
