Closing stores without notice is a terrible business practice. I absolutely loved the Forney location they are closing (with a week’s notice for the staff) but will never spend another dime at one of their locations ever again.

I talked to the girl at the window today on your closing day and I was stunned to hear about this. it's sad and bitter sweet to have everything closed but the way it was handled has me even more upset.

Quality is hit or miss. We loved them when they first opened, but things have changed, prices went up, and now they won't reimburse me for ordering at the wrong location... which somehow reverted to "nearest" location after I'd already picked our "favorite" location in the app. The people at the store told me I could just reorder and they would reimburse me through the app, but instead I paid twice for a mediocre wrap. Sad, since they already closed the other location we went to.
Ordered Thai salad with chicken as protein. The amount of protein is minuscule and barely identifiable. Mostly all romaine lettuce with a little bit of what’s described in the salad. Dressing packet was not enough in my opinion. Drive through entry is strange - interesting engineering methodology there.

I ordered jalapeño ranch salad, Cobb salad and the spiced cranberry lemonade. Salad was great! I wish I received more pickled onions in my salad but still great! Great portion size and priced well. $16 for 2 salads and a drink and good in this economy. We’ll be going back!

I want to thank the ladies at Salad and Go on 22143 Bulverde Rd San Antonio, TX 78259 United States. I picked up my salad and was headed back to work when a car pulled out in front of me and I had to hit my breaks so my salad went flying. Well needless to say it was all over my floor so I went back to buy another one. They made me another one for free and that really made my day better so thank you very much. It was much appreciated!! They are the best!!
