I ordered the fajita salad. It was all very good but the greens could of been a little more fresh. The salad was a little wilted and not crisp.

My impression is influenced by the fact that most of my exposure there has been with the takeout feature. Their food is truly great, but they outright abuse takeout customers by ignoring them for long periods. Several of us can be standing at the takeout counter, unattended, with multiple completed bags just a few feet away, but the hostess is glued to her cellphone. Sometimes, I call the restaurant's phone number to get someone to attend. I tip well, even when the service is abysmal, but management clearly is not concerned with this side of the business. There are other equally good Mexican restaurants nearby, so I think I'm done with Salsalito's.

Wonderful lunch! The lunch menu has so many of their regular plates on it. Service was good considering so many tables in her area were all sat at once. Poor planning on the hostess' part.

If you are in search of a good Mexican food spot... this is it! It is filled with great food, excellent service and an authentic Mexican vibe. Weather you want a drink and appetizers or a 4 course meal, I highly recommend you stop in. It tends to be packed which is a good sign that people are lining up to eat here!

The service was excellent, and the restaurant is a very enjoyable Tex-Mex place. However, the food is very mediocre. Not bad, but nothing close to great. My wife and I agreed that the flour tortillas were actually better than the beef fajitas, and that’s not supposed to be the case. We may visit again, but more than likely if we happen to be invited by friends. If you’re looking for amazing food this is not the place, but if you want great service and what look like really good margaritas (I didn’t have any but they look good), then give it a try. Also, they charge a 3% service charge for credit cards, anything other than cash. This is stupid in my opinion. We visit a lot of places and this is the first. Carry cash? Really???

One of our favorite stops! The spinach quesadillas are my favorite! Homemade tortillas are delicious and we cant leave without my kids getting the churros. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

A staple in San Antonio, slightly more on the pricey side compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area but the value is good for what you get. Staff is attentive and the food came out fairly fast. Everything was properly cooked and flavorful.
