I love salsas as I eat here pretty frequently BUT I must say I think there are 2 different cooks. Saturday cooks are sooo good, food is always fresh but Sunday cooks are not as good. I’ve noticed the meat on the asada is like it’s boiled on Sundays…so gross!

Decided to go to get some tacos this morning and tried a place called Salsas's Taqueria on Rittman. Was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was on point and food was delicious. We got 4/potato,egg and sausage and 3 barbacoa with lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole. Total was 28$ was a little on the high side but overall good.

Menudo lacked flavor.
Green salsa 💯
Barbacoa is mostly clean from fat and good texture, except you may encounter clavos and whole pepper chunks. Flavor still not my favorite. Would I return? Probably in a couple of years, if it's still there. Attentive waitress.
