First time here and I love the atmosphere here , I got the steak and ribs plate , and to be honest I wasn't a big fan of the Steak seasoning and the steak seemed small for the price I payed didn't really seem worth it. The best part was the ribs tho great flavor and size , the Mac and cheese was good just too creamy ,

We went there yesterday and I already submitted a compliant and no one has responded back. Portions were small for the price paid and my points weren't added. Staff and waiters looked like they didn't want to be there a s service was poor. I will not be going back to feel uncomfortable to ask for something and barely being acknowledged.

The food was okay, the service was terrible. We were there for over an hour and only had two drinks. They over cooked my friend’s steak and refused to comp his meal. They then tried to charge up for four steaks.

The bartender should not be waiters. I waited twenty minutes to order a drink. And waited another thirty minutes to order my food. I mentioned slow service to the waiter slash bartender. And I was giving nothing but attitude. I'm a landry member for ten years. I call the manager manager of the following day, no follow up.

Everything was great during our first and im sure not our last visit! The only hiccup was their reservation system - We were supposed to have booked a table at the time we arrived but it didnt show up on their end.

About 4:30 Aug 4, 2025, I walked in and the greeter that sat me down, seemed upset because I let her go to a table and I then requested a booth, You should ask the customers what they prefer since you to lazy & hate to walk a short distance🙄, I had the same water down tea 1hr+ sitting there. they served me old brown mashed potatoes, the waiter we had hardly came to check on our table........... they sent a 2nd greeter to the door and her attitude was worse than the last one they had on there b4.....I tried to ask her for a new side since she was the only one kept walking passing our table, and she went and told the 1st greeter and both of them seem like they got frustrated, so i said just forget the side.......had to hunt our waiter down even to give him a tip....very pathetic management this day, I come here often, just came here last friday....and today was the Worst service I ever had here, no manager came round to the table, couple of the workers just huddled in a corner talking, and 1 on her phone texting (if she put that effort into her job like she did texting, service probably could have been better, and 2 managers walking around looking crazy & lost.
Bad attitude =bad service = bad food= bad atmosphere. You can tell by all this, that the management is non professional and no integrity for the company...I will not come here again...gave me $5 off, Im not in need of a free meal or discount. HIRE PROFESSIONAL WORKERS AND EXCELLENT MANAGERS with consistency and integrity
