My husband and I were looking forward to watching a cover band and arrived early, along with many other general admission patrons we were sitting in a row of seats, for an hour , when right before the show started a bouncer rudely told us we needed to move we were in a reserved area. There was no signage indicating that and we had been sitting there for quite some time. The bouncer was curt and spoke to us like we’d done something wrong - accepting that we would move the bouncer found a back table and sat us there.
My husband and the bouncer began a discussion about the area not being labeled while I sat. Suddenly, a second bouncer approached me : declaring I needed to move immediately I was in reserved seating and what was I doing sneaking in there- at this point to say I was mad was an understatement.
I said they needed to find someone in charge now- stop talking to me so rudely and I was going to wait for my husband to return. They kept corralling me to move- I was quite heated when asked to move now , I kept saying I was not goin g to move until someone in charge came to speak with me—mo one came.
No one cared.
- we are quiet patrons, who showed up early, paid for tickets and twice were spoken to harshly by the staff.
Why right before the show , did they demand we needed to move?
I asked for our money, and a female who the bouncers said was the manager but I am honestly not sure who anyone was- gave us a $50, (which didn’t cover taxes or final feels but what ever )- and we were asked to leave. No apologies. No explanations on why we were treated that way, no one tried finding us a seat I was told to lower my voice -
Because I was loudly sharing what had just happened and how we were treated and no one cared. Other patrons next to us had general admission tickets and no one spoke up. Why we were picked on I will never know.
(It felt like some VIP person showed up and they didn’t have a place for them so they just were demanding that we move- )
A kind gentleman who said he co owned the place said he’d try to find us seats, but we decided to go- No one cared. I’ve never left a review before, we don’t cause issues - we’re easy going people -
But this was odd and , cruel. The people working here are cruel.
So if you chose to spend your money here- be prepared. You could suddenly be told to get out of your seats. I am thankful they returned our cover fee. It was an exhausting frustrating evening.

Don't bother. If they focused even half as much as much on the quality of their food, service, and atmosphere as they do on stamping their buns with their name or promoting themselves as a music venue, they might be relevant. But no. When you focus your name on one thing and can't get that right, you're bringing down culinary relevancy. Burgers are overpriced for as bad as they are, bland, and unseasoned and unnecessarily, obnoxiously large and difficult to eat, bacon is chewy, fixings are terrible, atmosphere is antiquated, broken and dirty, and the staff is uncaring. One of our burgers made us sick immediately. Won't be going back and will never recommend. Some things need to come to an end rather than thinking they're historically relevant.

Loved all the albums on the wall. The burgers were great.
Pretty much okay. Total for 3 burgers, 2 sides, and 2 drinks was $60. They do charge a fee for not paying cash. Our fee was just over $3 and I don't know if it's a flat fee or a percentage. I don't necessarily have an issue with the fee, but it would have been nice to know before reading the little sign on the counter.
I ordered the bacon cheddar burger. It was cooked medium, which was fine since I didn't specify. The cheddar and grilled onions were solid but the patty was under-seasoned and bland. My bacon was very thin but rubbery. It carried a smokey flavor but it was like rating an elastic band so I took it off. Fries were also just okay.
For the price, it didn't really impress me.

Best burger I've ever had! Grilled onions and huge patty really hit the spot! And the sweet potato fries!!

We came inside and saw a small line to order food then filled our drinks at the drink fountain. We then sat and had our food brought to us after a while. Paid 44.61 (including tip) Food came out quick and tasted so good. Everything is separate, like you pay for the burger itself and if you want a side/drink thats an extra 4-5 bucks. We parked across the street. There’s a family bathroom and a unisex bathroom.
