The counter where the pizzas are made is filthy and there are flies. Can you make a system to keep things clean and sanitary so people don't get sick?

One of the worst locations in town. Parking is a nightmare, which is worsened by several spots right in front being taken up by some ridiculous key service that harasses customers as they walk in. They never have enough employees working to keep carts available at the entrance. Employees inside are constantly in the way of shoppers and aisles are frequently blocked by pallets. Overall unpleasant experience every time I end up giving it another chance.

I just moved to the southside from the nw 10 and huebner area so I would always shop that location and loved it. This southside location is so small and always too packed. The parking lot is terrible and the employees usually have isles closed because they are usually stocking. So if you don't need to use this location ..don't !

Enjoy being a member ... BUT ...while shopping, a flatbed cart in the parking lot rolled away from a customer and caused substantial damage to the side of my 2021 Suburban. Parking Lot at store #8264 has a significant downgrade slope. A customer using the flatbed stopped the cart behind his vehicle to apparently go open the rear of his/her vehicle. The cart has NO brakes or friction device to prevent it from rolling away and not staying where the customer parked it. Due to faulty design of the cart and slop of the parking lot, SAM's is responsible for the damage to my vehicle, not the individual using the poorly designed cart. The cart, once stopped by the using customer, had NO WAY to control the cart and open his/her vehicle. The cart initially hit my vehicle on the Driver's side rear door, then bounced and hit the Driver's side front door. An immediate "Customer Incident Report" was filed with SAM's Manager on duty, Joe Lopez. CLAIM NUMBER - 10005871 was then filed with Wal-Mart, SAM's parent company. Wal-Mart's Case Manager, Pam Cloud, flatly denied the claim stating SAM's had no responsibility and since the incident occurred in Texas, there was no avenue of appeal with SAM's or Walmart.

This location is ehh. It used to be good and now I feel like it's just over packed. Yesterday we went to grab a few things and they were stocking at a very busy time when they had more them enough product already out. Very inconvenient for such small aisles. On a good note they had a few clearance items in stock!

People will cut in front and staff will tell you to get over it. What I just witnessed right now. The door employee clearly saw her cutting and when I told her nicely door receipt checker said to let it go... like if you would do your job that wouldn't happen. Next time I will cut since there is clearly no need to enforce anything.

I don't have a membership here actually, but just want to say that getting my covid vaccines here was a breeze, thanks to the people who helped me at the pharmacy!

This Sam's has some of the most amazing employees who want to help their customers.. First William on curb side pick up was so helpful and willing to make sure the customer is satisfied and made sure the order was correct and if I needed any help. Then Vicki a great customer service and explained that an upgraded membership is so beneficial. Thank you Sam's for having great customer service

I am 37 weeks pregnant therefore do not walk at the same pace as anyone else have contractions and is more at risk to contract the Coronavirus but yet I cannot shop during the special hours.

I actually love this place. I've always came here for multiple things but lettuce is not something I would ever get from here again ! There were bugs in the lettuce!! Guys I'm not joking multiple bugs in both of the lettuce that come in the bag.

I wish that there were negative options in terms of stars, I would give this Sams a -5! I work for a large business and I have to order here frequently, as it is the nearest bulk supply. The service here is terrible! I order online about once a week and pick up. Not only is there never anyone present to check in my orders, when I find an employee and ask for help I'm still waiting no less than 15-20 minutes for an order that was already placed and paid for. They've lost orders, and I've often waited 20-45 minutes to pickup orders. They have an app you can check in to, but it's pointless here. When I finally get someone to assist me at the check in area their computers are always slow or down causing an even longer wait. Our business will no longer be ordering from Sams. Spend your money elsewhere.

Come here every 2 weeks. Great prices. Come early in morning. Never busy then and get great prices on marked down meats. Always use the self check out. That way I'm in and out real quick. Love the bulk prices here.

I love this Sam's because it's only a few minutes from work. It's great because I will come during my lunch hour to do some shopping. Sometimes my colleague will come with me. Also it's less crowded and we are able to shop in peace. This location always has items in stock. I always come out a happy customer. They have the best cakes. I order mine here. My work has a membership here so there will be times were I had to place a big order for one of our big events. It is easy to order online and they will get everything ready for you. You just have to place the order within 24 hours. FYI Don't forget to grab a slice of pizza, it's delicious!

Nice Sams club, never had any issues here. Parking is tricky because the lot is small. Haven't found anything expired and workers are always helpful.

I like Sam's but I don't like this Sam's. I think this is actually the smallest Sam's in the San Antonio area. I have only been to this location a few times but every time I have been there it seems to be a lack of registers open. Lines get backed up quickly even in the self-service lane. You do have the option of doing store pickup but I like to pick out my own fruit and meats. The store has almost everything you need found in a typical Sam's but the customer service is not as good as in other Sam's. The common answer seems to be I am not sure instead of I am not sure but let me check. The people who work here seem to avoid you and are just doing their job and avoiding customers at all cost. At least that is my perception. Not completely terrible but when compared to other Sam's it is just not as good as the others.
