Workers taking orders need better customer service skills. Noone smiles or says hi. The look on their faces says they don't want to be there.

Need to have a senior citizen discount.

I had one of the most humiliating and discriminatory experiences of my life at this theatre, and I strongly urge others to avoid coming here.

As someone with a disability, I brought a coffee containing my prescribed liquid medication, which must be taken orally. I respectfully asked if I could consume it in the lobby to respect policy, but Linda Campos refused to accommodate me, despite my explanation. She became confrontational, physically shoved me out of the building, and even called the security guard on duty named Garcia. Both Linda Campos and the guard blatantly stated they did not care about my disability and insisted I leave.

I have a video of their appalling behavior as proof I’ve sent to corporate. This treatment was unprofessional, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. I left feeling humiliated and was unable to watch the movie I paid for.

Santikos claims to provide “unparalleled experiences” for the community, but their actions show otherwise. If you are looking for a respectful, inclusive environment, this is NOT the place to go. I expect better from a business serving the public. Until Santikos implements proper training and takes accountability for such behavior, I will not return. Do yourself a favor and find a theatre that values and respects its patrons.i did not even get refunded.

I love Santikos Theaters! The friendly staff, the great food and comfortable seats are amazing! The fact that the whole chain is a nonprofit organization that gives so much back to San Antonio makes me want to buy all the concessions!

But there's a huge problem with this location with breaking and entering vehicles and destruction of property. I parked all the way up front for high visibility and safety and my rear window was smashed in when I came out and it was in broad daylight!

They need to get parking lot cameras or security guards as I have shared this with other people and they have seen a lot of broken grass on the ground in the parking lot further back where I don't park, so this is a major problem that needs to be dealt with.

Love going to the movies there, everyone is always friendly! Everything is always clean.

When you know you have a ton of sold out shows, plan on taking the time to check the bathrooms for toilet paper. When someone is 9 months pregnant and timing contractions, let them bring in their own water cup. This place is the worst.

I want to go but I would like to know if the audio of the movies is in Spanish or all the functions are in English

The location is excellent and enhances the overall movie experience. However, I’d recommend dining elsewhere beforehand, as the theater’s food offerings, while convenient, are fairly basic and priced at a premium. Other than the high food costs, there’s little to critique.

The worst service you'll ever receive at a bar. Every time I come here they have more rules about what I can and cannot do.

1. You cannot order a drink for your wife. One drink per person.
2. If you order an old fashioned, you cannot order a beer, even for a 3 hour movie.
3. If you are 50, they will card you. If your ID is one day expired, they will deny you. This happened one day after my 49th birthday.
4. They do not accept cash.
5. They will not even start making your drink until you pay in advance.

The theater seats are blown out. Half of them don't recline anymore and have metal bars jetting into your back.

This place used to be bad ass, now it really sucks. Nothing else decent in the area though. So I guess you're kind of screwed, lol.

Wow, very nice theater. Very clean and comfortable seating. Reasonable prices at the concession stand. Will definitely go back.

The best movie theatre I’ve ever been to, everyone was so nice, the place was so clean. As soon as a movie ends the staff waits for customers to exit the theatre room , then they go to work with cleaning it for the next crowd to come.
Please please come to Corpus Christi !

Nice reclining chairs very comfortable and trays to rest all your food comfortably. Full spread wide variety of food to eat here.

Fun place fir the kiddos, a little expensive.
