Waited a while to get our food which we didn’t mind BUT when our number was called I stepped up to get my order and the worker packaging and handing out the food looked me up and down and asked me for my receipt as if I was trying to steal the food that I’d JUST PURCHASED. Mind you I had the cup with the logo FROM HIS RESTAURANT IN MY HAND!!! I stood there and he NEVER asked the following 3 Hispanic customers for their receipt prior to handing them their food. Disrespectful to say the least and I made sure to let him know that I saw and felt the disrespect.

Double meat option is the best.

Best Japanese mall Chicken Teriyaki ever 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Chicken Teriyaki is the best option. If you add the extra chicken it could be a plate for two. Service and atmosphere depends on the day you go as it is inside a mall.

I ordered through the app. It was very easy to do. It gave me an estimated time that the food would be ready. I showed up exactly at that time and it was hot, fresh and ready to go. I have been coming to this place for 15 years and have no plans on stopping

I have been going to the one in Pensacola Florida since I was a child and have always had a great experience. Delicious food, so consistent every time.

They basically stared me down until I felt like I needed to order.. but they ended up giving the person behind me dish . It was cold n nasty.. I didn't bother to say anything I was running late on my lunch break

Marko, Edward, and Malou were very friendly and all the staff were very kind to us and showed us great hostility it was overall a great experience and would recommend eating for tasty Japanese food 😋

Omg came in todayJuly 25th 2025 at 230pm and the chicken and sauce tasted to weird. Its usally soo delicious here but the hoy sauce tasted water down ans the chciken tasted off or sauce not sure hope this is just a 1 time off day

Good was better when they had the Asian guys cooking. Now the fried rice tastes like Mexican rice trying to look like fried rice and very soggy 🙄... I threw my plate away. Was not good. They need to bring the Asian chefs back. If I want Mexican food I'll go to a Mexican restaurant.

Deals are only available by ordering online or through the app, which never works when there is a deal. Very convenient timing 🤬
