It's hard to give five stars and, while there are things that I feel could be better, they deserve it. The food is just solidly good tasting. They put a good amount of cheese in the enchiladas, which, when a restaurant doesn't, is a personal annoyance. The pricing isn't terrible, but thats the main thing that I wish would be better.

On our way back home to Houston we decided to try this restaurant for breakfast. As soon as you walked in it felt like family. It was very clean and welcoming. Our server Dee was wonderful, friendly and very, very nice. The breakfast was very good. I had the French toast. It was delicious..

Server never came to our table to fill our glasses. We had to ask the bus boy for a to go box and bag. We waited for 30 minutes for our food after we placed our order and asked our server 2 times about our food and she never acknowledged. When I asked about military discount she said it was only for active duty- we all deserve the same credit- military discount is for all weather you are active/retired, a military ID is a military ID we all should get the same respect.

I ate about 1/3 of the omelet before deciding that this tasted good enough to write a review.
Excellent vegetarian omelet with fresh spinach (slightly wilted not frozen) with sliced mushrooms and cheese.
Best of all, they did NOT use lard (pork product made from rendered pig fat) but they used butter (dairy product) which really enhanced the omelet with a creamier taste.
They were generous in size so you will not leave hungry.
So I met my wife for breakfast this Saturday morning around 8 am. The place wasn't packed. We have frequented Sazon for a long time both new and old food is always on point. We will continue to visit. However, service went downhill after I discovered that instead of corn tortillas, flour ones were in the container. The doctor says stay off the white. I noticed my waitress headed to the kitchen I was unable to flag her down. So I approached the two hostesses that were in the booth to see if they could help. I was told you have to ask your server. Well I noted that I did not want my breakfast to get cold and no telling when she would come out again. No more conversation they turned away. I returned to my seat hoping she would come out,,,,nada. So I approached again and there was another waitress standing next to the hostesses. I asked her and she went to the back and retrieved the correct order. Meanwhile temp is going down on my breakfast. Afterwards our waitress came out and clarified she was checking on other orders. I always thought serve the customer no matter your title was part of doing good business..Maybe their was an invisible chain around the hostess booth that they couldn't head back and flag our server to correct the error or send another server to do likewise. A head scratcher for sure!

Went to have breakfast with my husband on Tuesday October 28,2025. And ordered an omelet, it looked so good. Taking a closer look when I'm about to cut it, I noticed a hair on my omelet. So gross and disgusting, i told the waitress my food has hair, and she grabbed the plate and said I'll bring u a new one. I took a picture so I can confirm they made me a new one. But, guess what, u could tell they just took the hair off. To me it looked like the same omelet just cooked more then the earlier one they gave me. I didn't even want to eat it. Guess what, when my husband went to go pay the bill and we were in the car, I asked him did they take off the omelet meal. He told me NO, and I asked him did they at least give u a discount and he said NO. is this how you treat your customers 🤔 I won't be coming back so disappointed If they would have made things right then maybe i would have came back. I know accidents happened but a mistake was made and they should have at least given us a discount or something. 😔 I have the picture but for some reason I can't post it to show u the hair on my omelet.
