It came here for a DoorDash pick up and they overlooked me. I wasn't even greeted I was standing in line and they went to the people behind me before taking my order. It was because I voiced my frustration that they finally got their ass on the ball to get the order ready which wasn't even ready when I got there never again. The staff is so rude

I usually really enjoy Schlotzsky's however today was pretty lackluster and disappointing. I placed an online order at 11:14am for pick 2, sandwich and a soup. I get to the restaurant around 11:30ish and my order isn't ready. The one young lady let me know that they do not serve French onion at this location, fine. I ask for broccoli cheddar. I continue to wait for another 5 minutes while they get my soup. Get back to my office, (3 min drive) the soup is barely even warm.

The manager or owner or whoever she is with the glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional today. I arrived about 5 minutes before my order pickup time. At 12:56, I approached the counter to make sure that my order was received because the restaurant had cleared out and I still didn't have my order that I ordered online at 11:10am for 12:45 pickup. I simply asked the lady if they had my order that I ordered online a couple hours ago and showed her my phone.I told this lady that I was just making sure they had my order as it might have gotten taken by someone else, etc. She became extremely rude and said, "Your order is 6 minutes late. You can see its busy in here." and she walked off. My husband was on the phone with me and heard it all. Her coworker was approaching the counter with a face of shock. She was so rude and unprofessional. I'm going to cut her slack that maybe someone before me gave her a hard time and she took it out on me. Perhaps she assumed because I'm Black that I was going to have an attitude, but I was simply asking to confirm my order to make sure it didn't get lost in the shuffle. I even waited until the place cleared out. Praise the Lord, I'm cool and calm because that could have been blown into a heated scene with the old me. Someone give her a break. Food is great! I got the gluten-free bun on my green goddess sandwich, the bread was so soft , not all dried out like I've experienced at other places. Tasty all around ?

There is a closer location by my house but I drive out of my way to go to this one! Food is always superb, staff is incredible, and restaurant is impeccably clean.
This is the best Schlotzky’s I’ve been to service wise for sure. I introduced my mom to the Chicken flat bread now she always want me to take her, we usually go to the Perrin beitel location told her let’s go to a different one we choose the Nacogdoches location I’m glad we did.
