I had a fantastic experience at Schlotzsky’s! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with excellent service. The manager, Carlos, was attentive and ensured everything went smoothly. I was having trouble with my rewards app, but Marcos went above and beyond to help me out his patience and willingness to assist made all the difference. The food was delicious as always, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning!

The staff here is amazing. My son is special needs and sometimes going out to eat is anything but easy. The GM working made our visit so lovely, I was truly taken back by his kindness. We were made to not only feel comfortable, but welcomed. I can't put into words how much this means to me. Of course the food was delicious. Every person working takes pride in what they do and it shows.

Walked into this establishment to use the restroom and purchase food. They immediately told me they don't allow homeless to use their restroom. I'm not homeless, I was just wearing a backpack. I didn't use the restroom or purchase food after being disrespected.

My wife, two sons and I went to the Schlotzsky's at 410 and Bandera. We had a fantastic experience there! The service was exceptional, and the manager, who was also the cashier, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. The dining area was spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the restrooms were just as clean. It's clear that they take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this location for great service and a pleasant dining experience.

Very poor experience. Tried calling to place order and couldn’t get through to restaurant. Went to restaurant drive thru, employee blatantly ignored request. Schlotzsky’s, in general, has good food, however I would not recommend coming to this location.
