My wife, two sons and I went to the Schlotzsky's at 410 and Bandera. We had a fantastic experience there! The service was exceptional, and the manager, who was also the cashier, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure we felt welcome from start to finish. The dining area was spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the restrooms were just as clean. It's clear that they take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this location for great service and a pleasant dining experience.

Very poor experience. Tried calling to place order and couldn’t get through to restaurant. Went to restaurant drive thru, employee blatantly ignored request. Schlotzsky’s, in general, has good food, however I would not recommend coming to this location.

I tried three different schlotzsky's locations this week after eating from this Bandera rd restaurant on Uber eats. By far the tastiest and best quality food from the three locations I tried. I could not stop telling my coworkers how tasty the Texas Schlotzsky and White Pizza was. Downside, an entire Item was missing from my order. You could not believe the disappointment I had when my salad dressing and cheddar soup was missing This restaurant has so much potential ?
