If I wanted whataburger I would have gone to whataburger!! Paid $24 for two small deluxe original meals and I get a sandwich full of mustard! Smh ! So I called to complain after I was at work already. And the man said to take the sandwiches back , I said I’m at work already and he said well I’m not saying to bring them back now. So I guess I’m supposed to take the sandwiches another day and he will replace them! Smh… oh and no receipt!??????????

The place seemed run down and just a little unkempt. There was absolutely no atmosphere what-so-ever. They've done away with the secret ingredient that made Schlotsky's great. I worked there and we used to take a bucket of chopped black olives and mix it with some butter flavored oil and a couple of spices. It was soooooo good. Either they forgot to put it on my sandwhich or they just didn't make it. Super disappointing. I hadn't had Schlotzsky's in well over a decade. Was soooo looking forward to it. Now I don't want it anymore. Idk maybe it was this store or crew but if this is representative of the company they've gone way way way downhill.

I've been to almost all the locations except one. Ask for extra icing for my cinnamon rolls never a problem this location said they don't do that ? which they should as much as they cost now. Then get home and mine are all burnt at the bottom.

I was concerned about $21 for a sandwich but the giant rlly was giant and worth
1st visit to this location. My order was for pick up so I cannot really say much other than my order was correct and it was ready when they said it would be. The one knock on the place was I think the A/C was not working because they had the door propped open and it was very warm inside. Other than that everything was pretty good.

My family come here pretty often and my wife and I come Pretty much every Sunday and we’re always greeted with friendly welcoming staff .. one staff in particular is Mikel we very much enjoy meeting and speaking with her each visit always so friendly and welcoming and is starting to become the reason we continue to return .. plus amazing meals and prices, thank you we are forever customers ❤️?

Usually it's better here, but lately the food quality and customer service is declining. The staff is not friendly at all, and I can live with that, but when I get cold and stale food I have to say something. I guess I'll be going back to Subway for sandwiches.

We walked in & said we had a problem. The manager was standing there and immediately asked what it was. When I said the problem was that we were hungry, she smiled & said "we can fix that!" My wife had never been to this brand restaurant before, so the manager explained how they prepared the food & recommended her favorite items on the menu. Very quick & pleasant experience.
