Customer service was horrible they gave me food to another couple it took forever to get my food after they gave it to another table the manager was rude about it and the guy making the sandwiches they focus on getting the drive thru orders first and make the dine in customers waiting. Very disappointed this visit

I walked in and ordered which was great that someone was already waiting at the register ready to help me. I didn't wait long for my food and all the tables were clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The Girl who took my order also showed me how to scan the receipt so that I would earn points for the purchase. I just might frequent this schlotskys for lunch.

Placed order and given number for order and mentioned to the staff that would like to have our Cinnabon after our meal so it would be warm but about 7 minutes later they bring the Cinnabon and tell us that they weren’t sure when we would want it? Then 15 minutes later we noticed that another diner after us get a meal at the diners looked confused after they began eating and it dawns on me that they got our meal didn’t even ask for the order number they give everybody? The diners then show the staff they got the wrong meal staff starts to bring those meals to our table and I say the staff throw those away and start up fresh meals they take the food towards the kitchen and what I wish they would have dispose of it in the trash so I could be certain the fresh food was fresh “ fresh food “ was brought to us and no “ sorry for the confusion “ attitude so yup that’s today’s attitude.

Fast service. Good food. I love their rewards program. Every purchase you make get you points. Their point system is hard to redeem. Depending on how many points you have, you can get a small, medium or large sandwich. They have kids meal, they come with either a small sandwich or pizza, a cookie and drink. The staff is always friendly. We come here alot, sometimes we eat in sometimes we take it to go. They have extra virgin olive oil, hot sauce and balsamic available in the condiment bar. The jalapeño chips are great. The green goddess sandwich, the Genoa chicken sandwich are both amazing. Definitely would recommend eating here

Had flatbread pizza California and it was awful. They must have run out of flatbread. Never again. Management needs to be aware. Won’t go back. Should have to me the situation. Bad business
