I went to redeem my birthday coupon. My app wasn't working but the manager on 151 came over and took great care of me. So patient and kind making me feel special. Even wished me a happy birthday. I was so happy!!!

I came thru the drive thru at 7:23 pm looking for a short line, after a long day of work, to find 4 cars ahead of me. The cashier had a big smile, and apologized for the wait. She was so genuine. I even told her I wish everyone was like her. Thank you. And keep up that smiling, and good customer service.

We didn't dine in but the food was served hot, and correct the first time. Friendly service and fast drive-thu considering how busy it was.Vegetarian options: Very willing to remove meats from pizza ect. Not an ideal vegetarian restaurant; but it not a vegetarian restaurant. Lol

If you have not been here yet, then you are doing things wrong. This is by far the best sandwich shop that I have been to. They used to be in my Hometown in Norfolk, Virginia, and they got rid of them. This is my first time eating schlotski's since 4 years ago and I wish there were more on the East Coast because I absolutely love these sandwiches.

We walked into this location today at 1:30PM and stood at the front register for a good five minutes without seeing an employee. The employees that were working today thought it was MUCH MORE important to loudly engage in gossip in the back than provide customer service. We walked out and went next door. Never even saw an employee.
Ordered in the drive-thru over the weekend. The Cinnabon cinnamon rolls that we ordered were raw in the center, soup came without garlic bread and was lukewarm. Would’ve given better review if we weren’t asked to park and then given undercooked cinnamon rolls and incomplete order.

I ordered the smoked turkey avocado, and it was decent. If they added ranch or honey mustard to it, it would be better. My husband ordered the roast beef and cheese, and he did not care for it, as it was bland. However, we want to come back to try their calzones. The service was good.

Well doneSandwich was great as alwaysOne complaint, I was asked to decide what value of tip to give right after I ordered.I'm a waiter and don't mind tipping, but when did the sandwich shop cashier suddenly deserve a tip? And more importantly why before I've been able to evaluate service and decide what kind of tip if any I'm gonna leave.It almost felt like extortion. Like well decide what your gonna tip and we will decide how we make your sandwich..Please l.k when you changed this and I'll come back
