I tried calling and numbers said the mailbox is full. I just ordered a medium sandwich and a pizza both gluten-free through the drive-thru. And for the first time in my life, from any restaurant, I received the pizza uncut. I didn't begin eating until about 15 minutes down the road and when I went to eat the pizza it was not cut into slices and it is basically impossible to eat. It's like eating soup with chopsticks. It just didn't work. I did not know how else to contact you since your phone number does not work. I love the food. I love the gluten-free products. Please cut your pizzas in the future. This was my first purchase of the gf pizza. I was disappointed not to be able to try it. The sandwich was exactly the way I ordered it. -Ed

Excellent service despite it being VERY busy while they were running a promotion for T-Mobile Tuesday. One young guy manning the register was patient and helpful with a long line of customers.

My husband and I went thru a big drawn out process to order on line and have it delivered made special request for napkins hot sauce salt and pepper they didn't call it knock when they delivered it we received 2 napkins that was it then the buns on the e large sandwich wasn't cooked all the way and doughy the large sandwich looked like someone sat on it it was totally flat with a lot of lettuce and tomatoes 1 slice per meat unbelievable that's not the worst I called the very next day and they sat there and argued with me because I had just called and said they will check with the owner are you kidding me!? They acted like they were going to take it out if their check i didn't even want my refund I wanted them to replace the order and make it up to standards he told me to check back the next week but when I call it goes to a voice mail that you can't leave a message on UNBELIEVABLE!! I YET TO GET THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A MANAGER SHOULD BE ABLE TO COREECT A PROBLEM EITHOUT HIDING BEHIND EXCUSES!!;
