This specific location has the BEST staff! All the other I been to the staff is not so friendly. My whole family and pet always get treated nice here.

I came in today to get my usual caramelisous. It's ALWAYS great, and the staff is so friendly to me because I come almost every other day. I get it with 3 sugar packets and extra caramel drizzle on top. Supposedly the manager made my drink and I asked it to be remade and she literally just threw sugar on top and stirred in. When I ask the baristas to make it, they remake the whole drink which I appreciate it but I just don't understand why this manager just acted like she remade it when she just threw sugar on top and didn't put caramel drizzle on top AGAIN.

I called the store and I spoke with her and she just gave me the most, rudest, passive aggressive attitude that I have ever experienced at Scooters Coffee claiming that "yeah I put what you asked for 3 sugars" and she just gave me the hardest time on explaining cane sugar and sugar packets are different. I know that, and the regular baristas never give me such a hard time with the sugar and they never let me down but this manager did. Hopefully this location gets a new manager because she clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction, instead she would rather be rude and claim she remade drinks when she doesn't.

I'm staying at a hotel right around the corner from Scooter's. Was headed to the Valero station for some coffee, and I looked over and noticed Scooter's right there in front of me. So I had to try it. Of course! The young ladies working were great about walking me through the menu once they knew that I hadn't been there. I decided on the regular hot coffee this time. It really was delicious coffee, I really enjoyed it. Next time I'll let them talk me into something more interesting to try.

love the coffee here! so smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. Today they have the PAWty event too where they donate some proceeds to the doggies. The birthday cake drinks were really good! I only wish they closed later since I’m a night shift worker but will be coming to get my coffee here when I can :)
