For the price, go to a nicer restaurant. I got a BLT and for $6 I was shocked to find out that only gets you one piece of bread folded in half. It's about 3 bites of a sandwich. The milkshakes for $6 are average. Nothing you can't find anywhere else for cheaper. The fries tasted like straight grease so I threw them away. However, one good note was the on tap Root beer which I enjoyed. Overall, tried it and did not enjoy it for $20.

For these prices, one might expect to receive what one pays for. We ordered a double avocado bacon cheeseburger as well as a mushroom burger. What we received, however, was a double cheeseburger with neither bacon nor avocado, and a single meat cheeseburger. No shroom burger was received. Embarrassing performance.

Expensive for what you get. Phenomenal food otherwise just don't think a basic buger meal should run you +$20. Prompts for 20% tips using self checkouts. Server drops off food and walks away though. Just my reasons for not giving 5 stars.

I already loved the burger. Although the truffle addition was superb. But it was really Melody the server. I thought I had ordered a double but the receipt said single so I just left it as is… until Melody came around again and asked if I was sure, she’d gladly bring me the second party. I conceded. That kind of service is rare s as much as it is excellent!

This place has amazing food. Amazing service amazing everything. 44 years old first time here…I regret not coming sooner. The truffle burger is a game changer. Good job shake shack you have a superior product all around. But your customer service truly shines. Its so rare to have service match food quality of this caliber. I love it!

This place was pretty yummy! The burgers were fantastic and just what we were craving! We tried the peaches and cream shake and it was fantastic! The fries were crispy and delicious! We were not a fan of the cheese sauce, but to each their own. The atmosphere is super cool and chill. My only takeaway was that you have to order at a kiosk and we are kind of old school so it was a challenge for us.

Came for a late dinner pick up. The food was great but very sloppy. Could barely keep the bun from sliding off the meat patties. Fries were terrific and it was all very tasty.

I absolutely loved it here!! The staff was very kind. Especially miss crystal who took my order. She Isn’t a server but gave us refills and to go boxes.
Parking: There is parking behind the establishment, but not very many spots difficult to get a spot quickly. I had to go around the block twice and then someone left and I was able to pull in.
