Shake Shack San Antonio, Park North

Love this place! Seem to end up here a couple of times a month.

The cashier Jenna was rude, as soon as she saw me approaching the counter to make an order, she walked away. She was taking orders and touching people food, yuck 🤮

The Burger was hard on the edges like it was re-cooked. The burger is super flat, like a crepe. You literally need to get a double burger without rough edges. (Good luck on that)
Overpriced flat patty, with bad cashier service, Ah no thanks!!!

The chairs, tables, floors, and bathrooms were very clean.

I'd rather stick with Chester's burgers or Chris Madrids for Burgers Or my Favorite Burger Boy as they are much much better!!!

Really good food, but they ask you to tip at the register before you get served the food. Makes me not want to come back.

over priced , burgers are small equal to MCDONALD'S in size.. also onions still had the outer layer hard to enjoy the small burger & a large drink is actually a medium in reality, the basket of fries where enough for 2 persons wich is fine !but for $ 30.80 never again.. staff was very friendly & tables where dirty...#foodcritic R.S.M

Pretty darn good burger. Employees are very helpful and friendly. I guess their shates are decent...who am I kidding. The shakes are da bomb.

Didn't like it super small burgers they said it was a 1/4 pound but it wasn't price was high not for me I wouldn't recommend at all really small and everything is bought separately

Amazing customer service from Zee. She was able to help me when doordash delivered the wrong order to me. I even called and said they didn't have to remake my food and they still did. Food was delicious and they even made it up to me by giving me a large drink with my remade order and a surprise burger on the house for next time. Thank you so much again for the help.???

Very expensive for what it is. Not many menu options. Atmosphere is good. Poor cleaning, especially when it's a counter service restaurant asking for tips when you order. We had to wipe down our own table prior to seating. Nobody ever asked if we wanted refills. What's the tip for again when it's already overpriced to begin with?
