My local news announced 1/2 dozen donuts for teacher appreciation week last week. I contacted &/or went to #2 locations (Bandera Rd & Culebra Rd) & was told they did not honor the advertisement). I was very disgusted with this false advertisement

The food taste is what you expect from the Shipley chain HOWEVER the kolaches we purchased had half a sausage! So it was 50% bread and 50% with sausage. Very disappointed from the Shipley brand. The lady was nice and even threw in a bonus donut, so she was nice to do that. Avoid this location if you are wanting kolaches.

The server was so nice. She was very helpful and knew the donuts business. I will return soon. It's very clean inside and the donuts are made fresh daily. My favorite was the glazed coconut ?. ? yum.

The lady that works here is such a sweet heart...she's always happy and I've Never seen here rude to anyone...I work at Matadors Next door and she takes care of us... Customer for life!

Horrible experience. They barely had any doughnuts and what they did have looked like leftovers. They didn’t have kolaches or any of the breakfast sandwiches. That wouldn’t be that big of an issue if they didn’t keep advertisements up claiming they do sell kolaches and breakfast sandwiches. Very disappointed and annoyed. I work downtown and went there to get a kolache and turns out they really don’t have a good stock or selection of ANYTHING except for drinks in the fridge I guess. Will never come here again unless they totally fix up the place, get new management, start selling what they advertise they sell, and quality goes up. Don’t come here. It sucks.
