Donuts were old and they reused a box to package my food. They smelled bad when re-warming them. I got half a dozen of plain glazed… when I got home and lifted the donuts out the box there were pink, purple, and chocolate icing stains inside on the bottom. Never going to this location again.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 kolaches and 6 glazed donuts. Delicious and fresh. Great customer service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff member serving us was loudly chewing gum the entire time, which came across as unprofessional. On top of that, the restaurant wasn’t very clean, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. Definitely not a place I’d rush back to.

They have very delicious donuts, this is the real donut taste I have missed it for a long time. The coffee is not that good but it is okay if you have no other options .

EXTREMELY DISGUSTED! I picked up $90 of donuts at the Potranco Shipley location this morning around 6:15. EXTREMELY DISGUSTED! These were for three 3rd grade classes as a reward. One class found an FLY IN THE ICING and another found a LARGE BROWN LARVAE attached to a donut! If they ever answer the phone, I’m asking for my money back!!!
