My favorite donut place ever!!! The best donuts in town hands down are at this Shirley's location. And the entire staff is so welcoming & friendly and i enjoy watching how well they all interact with one another & work together. You can definitely feel the family kind of employee vide they've got amongst them. I love it!!!! & they're bathroom is so clean & cute as well.

Staff is kind of rude. The donuts aren’t good at this location and they rush your order. Just go to a different location.

Ordered donuts at the drive- thur and was charged before receiving my order. I think the lady got upset because I didn't leave a tip. I got the worst donuts , small smashed looking and I paid over $14 .HEB donuts are good and only $6 .

Our Friday tradition is to get donuts and Kolaches. The employees are so helpful and sweet. They always go out of the way to provide exceptional service.

Really disappointed to find that after many years, the hours on this Shipley have changed without changing online or here. It now closes 3pm on Saturday and Sunday instead of 6pm

RUDE & LYING CASHIER. Went to purchase a donut bc I needed to use the restroom and I asked her if I can use the restroom she said YES ITS OPEN!!!! & then she saw I was giving her the exact amount of change and said I COULDN'T use there restroom bc they just started cleaning it. ALL OF THE SUDDEN. I have never encounter this type of customer service!

Love the dt ladies very friendly and rhe guys too.

The shipleys on wilderness oaks is the cleanest location I have visited. The workers are so courteous and helpful. The food is excellent and always fresh and warm.

Parking: Plenty of free parking and the drive through option is fast with courteous service!

Kid-friendliness: Children love the selection options available.
