I had such a lovely experience at Shipley’s thanks to Hong. He was incredibly kind, patient, and warm throughout our visit. We took our time choosing our drinks, deciding on what we wanted, and even made a call to ask someone else if they wanted anything, and through it all, Hong never made us feel rushed. His gentle and friendly attitude made the whole moment feel calm and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful in customer service. I truly appreciate the care he showed and hope he’s recognized for the wonderful way he treats people that swing by for some tasty sweets

Ordered 3 Boston Cream donuts and they shoved all of them in the smallest bag possible. Trust me I would’ve paid the extra $ to get them packaged correctly.
I got home and all the chocolate was melted off.
Please train your staff appropriately.

Horrible. Food is never ready. At 630 am on a Sunday colaches need to be hot fresh and ready. The baker was just putting in oven at 630 . This location is ilprepared for daily operations. Not one employee had a reason. I went the Evans road location and had awesome services and delicious hot pastries.
Kat at the Bandera Rd/Guilbeau location always has a friendly smile and is welcoming. She is knowledgeable of your product and the kind of employee to your potential customer that people like to see. I hope you have an Employee Recognition program…..good service Should be rewarded👍

Shipleys donuts are the best they’re old fashion. Customer service is excellent. Drive-through is pretty fast for a customer service.

I am Houston here on business however wanted nice hot warm glazed donuts, so I run to Shipley as I do in Houston early in morning. It was not the case here, cold donuts, not able to make your own coffee, no regular milk for the coffee on hand and the girl attending the front no manners. Just not use to getting bad service early in the morning from Shipley.
