After years of knowing about Shipley's, this was our very first visit today... Went today with my daughters. Nice and pleasant atmosphere, comfortable seating, and smelled good too. Donuts 🍩 were soft and fresh. And the Iced Caramel Coffee🧋was delicious too.
Courteous customer service... The sweet lady that served us was very kind with a positive attitude. Definitely recommend and will return. Thank You 💝

I had such a lovely experience at Shipley’s thanks to Hong. He was incredibly kind, patient, and warm throughout our visit. We took our time choosing our drinks, deciding on what we wanted, and even made a call to ask someone else if they wanted anything, and through it all, Hong never made us feel rushed. His gentle and friendly attitude made the whole moment feel calm and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone so thoughtful in customer service. I truly appreciate the care he showed and hope he’s recognized for the wonderful way he treats people that swing by for some tasty sweets

Ordered 3 Boston Cream donuts and they shoved all of them in the smallest bag possible. Trust me I would’ve paid the extra $ to get them packaged correctly.
I got home and all the chocolate was melted off.
