I had such a lovely experience at Shipley’s thanks to Hong. He was incredibly kind, patient, and warm throughout our visit. We took our time choosing our drinks, deciding on what we wanted, and even made a call to ask someone else if they wanted anything, and through it all, Hong never made us feel rushed.
