Do not recommend coming here. There are a ton of homeless in this area during the day and sleeping there next to the ditch at night smoking, littering, drinking.. Etc. I get hassled by the homeless here and same with neighbors in the surrounding area. I think they should manage loitering a little more and report the homeless encampment to 311. Other then that I would like to come here more and give them my support but it is uncomfortable situation and setting with the homeless issues.

Donuts do not taste the same. Not as hot or fresh. This was the only donut shop in San Antonio that met the mark and set the bar, not so much anymore. She nothing is just missing????
They made the cutest birthday donuts for my son in record time. They were kind, professional and went out of their way to make his birthday special. Couldn't have been happier with this place plus their donuts are delicious!

The donuts here are very fresh and yummy, the service however is a different story. I came in on a previous Sunday and a young lady with dark hair braided into pigtails, with an earphone in helped me and she was very rude. I chalked it up to her having a bad day since I work in the industry and understand life happens. However, when I returned this Sunday she was again, being rude with an attitude but this time to the kind young lady who was helping me at the register. I could tell the girl helping me was flustered by her comments and I don’t believe anyone should have to deal with hostile coworkers when just trying to make a living, it left a really bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully she finds a job she enjoys being at because it’s obviously not here

Jimmy is a saint, the kindest , most humble person. Hubby and I are commercial drivers who travel all over the country. Whenever we come home and I'm craving Maple iced cake donuts, even if there aren't any Jimmy will stop what he's doing and ice some for me.....doesn't get better than this! Love this store. Top notch customer service!

Paid $7.50 plus a two dollar tip for two jalapeño and sausage kolaches that were yesterday or the day before. The bread was so dry and crusty I will never return.

I go there for a Boston cream donut and their apple fritters have apple pie filling. They're always fresh and the coffee hot and freshly made.

They're great Doughnuts, if a tad small. The pictures of the prices tell a wonderful story. 90 years ago a dozen cost 5 cents. In 2024 money, that's $1.10. Today they're $14.49..... that's a 14% average yearly increase every year since December 2018, when they were $8.59. I don't think they've gotten larger or more delicious. I know inflation has been ridiculous, but 69% is way beyond the inflation rate for that time-frame [22%]. They ought to be $10.49 (look up inflation calculator).

Let me first say I ordered these donuts days in advance online to be ready in the afternoon. I assumed with the amount of time given to have them ready, they would have been prepared enough to make them look presentable. I was so very wrong and very disappointed. The glazed donuts didn’t look so bad which is why I gave 2 stars, but the donuts with icing/sprinkles looked like they had a child make them with finger prints and a tiny amount of sprinkles. I had my husband pick them up and take a picture before he left. When I received the picture I was livid and of course had to call to complain because my husband refused to complain. The lady did not understand that all I wanted her to do was replace the few that were really bad and provide better looking ones. She did end up hanging up on me and told my husband she would just refund us the money. It all worked out for us in the end because we rushed to Dunkin’ Donuts and ordered the same amount of donuts and they had them ready in 10 minutes. This was for a school function so of course I needed donuts that looked good. Thank you for the refund shipley’s, do better.
