Great front counter personnel, warm and friendly (which is why I gave them another star). Conversely, the blueberry donuts were the worst I have ever eaten. My wife was of the same opinion. The glazed donuts were undercooked (pale and chewy). I would not recommend.

I door dashed some donuts and they was nothing that ordered even tho they gave me 7 I ordered 6 but nothing was fresh or what I wanted . 10$ on a box

Do not recommend coming here. There are a ton of homeless in this area during the day and sleeping there next to the ditch at night smoking, littering, drinking.. Etc. I get hassled by the homeless here and same with neighbors in the surrounding area. I think they should manage loitering a little more and report the homeless encampment to 311. Other then that I would like to come here more and give them my support but it is uncomfortable situation and setting with the homeless issues.
