Morning crew has the worst customer service - I have been ordering from this store weekly for 4 years and today’s crew rudely informed me that they don’t bag orders separately through the drive thru because of the line. There were zero cars behind me. They said I had to go inside to have them bagged separately. I parked my car and went inside and asked them to separate them and they just handed me bags and said I needed to separate them. This has NEVER been a problem and I am very disappointed. This Shipley’s has been what my son calls “Donut Friday” when he takes a donut for him and one for his teacher. I guess it’s the end of the tradition.

Always a great experience in the morning drive thru. Almost every week, I am taking my babies for doughnuts. I had a custom order for my daughter's birthday and was blown away by the love and creativity 💕 My guests loved them! Her doughnuts were pink and purple iced and they even sprinkled some glitter on them for me! Ordering was so easy, called told them my ideas and prepaid over phone and was super happy with the results! Most importantly, my daughter was happy with her custom doughnuts 🍩 Thank you so much for helping me bring a smile to my babies' faces!(:

Shipley donuts is some of the best donuts in town. The balance of sweet and softness of the dough is really good. I would eat a whole box of glaze if I could.

Tried a pig in a blanket not good. Had from different Shipleys at work and that place was the bomb. Eclairs not up to par. Very dry.

The girl at the drive thru was rude , tapping her nails at the drive thru I asked for her manager and she said she wasn’t in , I asked for her name and she gave me a attitude right back .!! Horrible service .!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Shipley’s location. I ordered a ham and cheese kolache and paid for it, only to be told afterward that they were out of stock. When I asked for a refund, the employee refused and told me I could either choose something else or lose my money, those were the only options given. I find that completely unacceptable and poor customer service. I left without receiving what I ordered or a refund. I won’t be returning

I was greeted promptly when I stopped in about 5:30 in the morning. It was a great surprise to receive an order of 2 dozen donuts and 3 carafes of coffee to go in less than 15 minutes!
