Shipley donuts is some of the best donuts in town. The balance of sweet and softness of the dough is really good. I would eat a whole box of glaze if I could.

Tried a pig in a blanket not good. Had from different Shipleys at work and that place was the bomb. Eclairs not up to par. Very dry.

The girl at the drive thru was rude , tapping her nails at the drive thru I asked for her manager and she said she wasn’t in , I asked for her name and she gave me a attitude right back .!! Horrible service .!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Shipley’s location. I ordered a ham and cheese kolache and paid for it, only to be told afterward that they were out of stock. When I asked for a refund, the employee refused and told me I could either choose something else or lose my money, those were the only options given. I find that completely unacceptable and poor customer service. I left without receiving what I ordered or a refund. I won’t be returning

I was greeted promptly when I stopped in about 5:30 in the morning. It was a great surprise to receive an order of 2 dozen donuts and 3 carafes of coffee to go in less than 15 minutes!

Absolutely a Rip off for low quality food! The owner was more interested in his cyber truck, and ripping off the community, rather than quaily, and good customer service! Ordered a breakfast Kolache that was supposed to come with egg cheese and sausage, got a hotdog pushed into a roll! And 35.00 for a dozen of low quality doughnuts? NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!
