The donuts were good but don’t know if it was the owner or just employee that had an issue with me for scanning my rewards app to earn points, that his scanner didn’t work and I told him they always tell me that, I’ve never be scolded for using a reward app before

Great desserts especially when your running late to work or meeting fresh , pastries, donuts , quick good breakfast kolaches different choices great coffee, milk, choclate milk, let’s not forget the orange best thing drive thru purchase everything on the go

I had ordered a Surprise Bag, but from the Helotes location, and missed my pickup time from 1-2pm & the store closed at 2pm. Ssoooo I called the OTHER nearest store to me & GINGER answer & was A PHENOMENAL help! She advised me that although they don't participate in the app they do have a Happy Hour from 3:30-4:30 where their donuts are 50% off & also advised me on possible ways to still receive my paid for order at the OTHER store which she DID NOT have to do! She is DEF an asset to this store! I WILL BE checking out their Happy Hour here shortly to get my donut fix. Wow. Donut store closing at 2pm? Strange..... So much for swinging by Shipley's in Helotes after 2pm for your Donut Fix!!! FYall'zI

I got two donuts, they were very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the website and uber eats say they have egg and cheese kolaches, but when I went there they said they didn’t have them. I’m not sure if they were just sold out or they just don’t make them. I would love for the owner to clarify.

This is usually my favorite donut place but I don't know what happened to my filled donuts, it was literally just a drop of filling and it wasn't just this donut, unfortunately I only took a picture of this last one

I walked in less than 10mins til close. . Was nicely greeted by the only worker still there. . She was amazing! She was tired but she'd never let you know. . I didn't get her name but Great Job!! I'll get her name next time

Do not go to this location if you want authentic Shipley's donuts especially if Shipley donuts are your favorite donut their fillings are not what other locations use their creme donuts have a glaze not a cream inside and their jelly filled are not good they are using their own filings, cremes and glaze the donuts themselves taste like traditional Shipley's donuts but nothing else does beware.
I would give them 5 stars, great food and service.... but they are closed Mondays. The worst day of the week, going into work... and I can't get one of the best donuts in town.

Loved it here. It's one of the friendliest and convenient donut shops in San Antonio. The famous Shipley Do-Nuts was found in 1936 and it's still the name you can trust. Can't say to most business nowadays. The donut was fresh and good prices. The manager Henry was quick to help with the order. Glad to find one of my favorite donut stores in town. Highly recommend for any donut loves and breakfast place. ?☕?
Ps. They got drive thru as well making the order much quicker.

Thank goodness for businesses that still believe in customer service! When another Shipley location turned me away this location came through. As a result, instead of just making a small purchase I doubled my order and am making this my primary location for donuts and kolache on this side of town! Stop by, you will be greeted with a smile and amazing customer service!
